Nice place, good location
Really nice and clean place. Great location to Gastown, Yaletown, the park, etc. Kris was awesome at answering my questions, always within the hour. Was able to allow us to drop off our bags early which was super helpful.

The apartment was clean and well presented although we did have a couple of issues with the slightly bent venetian blinds over the air conditioning tubes through the windows. That said, we understood that the benefit of being able to cool the apartment outweighed the lighter bedrooms first thing in the morning! Parking was a benefit but just needed slightly clearer instructions on how to do this using key fobs and exactly where to park before we arrived! Kris very helpful at all points in the booking process before arrival and was also available to speak with when we arrived at night to help park! To access the city it was easy and great views.

The Attitude Unit - Location, security, view, and access to subway and nearby sites worth the cost. From the airport, can access by subway or taxi. Both reasonably priced (around $30 CAD plus tip). Subway is next door. Grocery shopping downstairs across from plaza. Costco located one block away. Many places to eat out (from Sub Way to High-end dining). Small mall across street. China town and Gastown within blocks. Cruisers can access Canada Place a few blocks away. The unit was clean and layout enjoyable. Kitchen was adequate. Garbage and extensive recycling in basement. Great use of windows to enjoy view of downtown. Plenty of closet space. Unit advertises a Den/Study on floor plan but it is for personal use (lock-out) but there was still room for six to sleep in the unit. We did not have a car but understand space is available. Public transportation is easily available. Regarding shortcomings: Opening windows was best bet for air conditioning. Spot coolers available but hot air exhaust only dumps back into the unit (was advised that repairs/improvements were ongoing). Master bath faucet had a serious leak causing water to flood under the four leg tub if not detected. Appears to be o-ring or gasket in need of attention. Kitchen place settings for four to six with minimal everyday glassware and good dose of fragile glassware (be on guard if kids are involved). There is no sleeper sofa. Instead, a pump-up bed is available. There is a large air 'blister' in center of bed making it difficult to sleep on. Dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator all in good shape. If windows are open (due to ventilation discussed previously), be prepared to hear typical 'city noises'. People in the tower building are well-mannered but not very sociable. Very willing to assist if asked. Outside the building typical cross-section of individuals from professionals down to vagrants. Did not feel threatened or in danger during our stay. Subway is right next door. Taxi can pick-up at entrance. Key fobs are used to access building. Electronic number pads at apartment provide access to unit.
Overall Assessment: Unit met expectations and was reasonably priced. Location and panoramic view was outstanding. Aside from minor issues discussed above, we would certainly stay there again. Unit manager was extremely supportive and assisted via messaging. We would highly recommend staying at The Attitude on your next visit to Vancouver.

Within walking distance of many attractions. Well appointed and very comfortable. Great views of the city. Kris was very helpful when we had questions or concerns.

We enjoyed it quite a bit. Beautiful place and views ... very nice gym and pool. Great location near really good restaurants, bars, a market and coffeeshops including Starbucks. 2.5K from Stanley Park so we ran the waterfront then went around the park (another 8K).
I will note that to access the apt (open the lock) that you have to hit the code, lockstate button and to lock the apt door to hit lockstate, code, lockstate. And that the fob is necessary to go anywhere in the building and to get back in.

Comfortable updated property in the perfect location!
Our family enjoyed this two bedroom, two bath. Kris was very responsive and helpful. We were able to walk everywhere with no need for a car. It was comfortable, updated and everything we needed for a wonderful stay!
