About Chris Pate

I am a local Realtor. I was born and raised on the central coast of California. After living on Oahu's north shore for 10 years, my family and I decided to move to my wife's home state of South Carolina. We chose the Charleston area and could not be happier! It has everything a young family could need, plus tons of history, great food, and some of the nicest people on the planet.

I enjoy surfing, skateboarding, snowboarding, traveling, building, providing excellent hospitality, learning, growing, and living life with my wife, two young kids, and 6 pets!

Chris Pate purchased this house in 2017

Located on a private 3-acre property, this dwelling comes with access to the Awendaw Creek, a navigable tidal creek teeming with wildlife. Dolphins and otters are frequently spotted, in addition to an array of bird life and the occasional small alligator. Adventure awaits!
