We stayed for a full week while attending a junior sporting event. The townhouse was exceptionally clean and nicely furnished. There was plenty of room for our group of 6, and the swimming pool right outside the front door was fantastic. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to a low-traffic freeway (compared to San Francisco, our home base). I do wish to note that the beds are firm, as in 10 out of 10 for firmness. They are clean and in virtually new condition, just something to keep in mind. One word of caution related to the area: Greensboro/Burlington drivers do not like rain. One torrential rainstorm hit during the week and caused 2 or 3 freeway accidents within minutes. I highly recommend using WAZE if storm clouds appear on the horizon, or better yet, sit tight until the skies clear. This townhouse stays nice and dry.
Clean, comfortable and convenient
Everything was clean and comfortable. Conveniently located to the Interstate and various stores.
Very nice home and area
Nice clean and well maintained townhouse, very comfortable and close to I 40 and shopping and dining. Plan to return in the next few weeks!
This house was very well kept & presented.
All we did was spend the night... arriving late & leaving early. Would have LOVED to had time just to hang in this space. All the ladies would return. Thank you for the use of this condo.
you are very welcome! Please come back any time!
Great Location and Clean Space!
This property was well maintained and located next to great amenities. It is easy to access from the main routes in town. A little warning about the steep driveway would have been helpful. We were traveling in a smaller car and it was impossible not to bottom out each time you exited the drive. Otherwise the grounds surrounding the property were beautiful and filled with friendly, quite neighbors. It was not a big inconvenience, but a little out of the ordinary, to have the property owner's daughter stop by during our stay. We were told initially she wouldn't need to come inside, just park a vehicle in the garage, but she did come in to pick up some clothes. We knew the garage would not be available for our use, but felt a little strange to have someone's vehicle parked in there during our stay.
The driveway is quite steep. Thanks for pointing that out for others. There is plenty of private street parking on the premises as an option. As for any of us stopping by, we expect to be able to come by with notice as needed, and feel that's quite common for homeowners --however have only done that a few times trying to arrange car situations. We've had plenty of tenants stay there with our cars in the garage and haven't heard it was awkward. Future renters: please note we will have a car in the garage from time to time and may need to briefly stop by, but will warn you if that's the case..
