Gaze at the surrounding mountains, golf course, and cityscape at this Honolulu condo, a one-bedroom escape with a private lanai, a wonderfully walkable location, and access to shared amenities that include a pool, a hot tub, and a gym.
You'll find this sunlit corner condo in Island Colony, a high-rise on the edge of the Ala Wai Canal with keyed elevators and 24-hour security. Practice your drive at the Ala Wai Golf Course just across the canal, peruse the many shopping and dining options at the open-air International Market Place one block south, or walk one block further to sunbathe and surf on the world-famous Waikiki Beach.
With 563 square feet of living space, the interior is bright, contemporary, and effortlessly comfortable. Open the picture windows to let in the cool mountain breezes, gaze out across the city and golf course below, and spend the evening relaxing with the free WiFi and flatscreen cable TV as company.
Grab a quick workout in the building fitness center each morning, and whip up a breakfast feast of eggs, bacon, and tropical fruit (please note the kitchen does not include an oven). Spend the early afternoon on the sand at Waikiki Beach, and return home to take a dip in the shared swimming pool, unwind in the shared hot tub, or drink cocktails and play cards on your private, 106-square-foot lanai. A washer/dryer ensures you won't bring any sand back home with you!
Come and experience the beating heart of Honolulu - up to four guests will love every second spent at this beautiful Oahu condo!
*Parking is available in the parking structure for $30/day and paid directly to the parking attendant. It's a separate entity. There is also street parking based on availability.

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
Within walking distance to beach, stores, night life. Pool and hot tub were great and little coffee shop downstairs was excellent!
My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks at beginning of February, 2018. Here are the pros and cons from our experience.
Pros:
- Property is in walking distance to beach/shopping and food stores
- Security on property is very good
- View from balcony of canal/mountains/city is excellent
- Unit was well equipped with cooking utensils and bathroom products
- Unit is as described in the ad and was very clean
- On-site grocery on pool deck was very handy
- BBQ's were excellent and were easily accessible when needed.
Cons:
- Minor construction pool deck was annoying and we were not informed prior to booking.
- The unit is not very sound proof from the outside and there is noise from constant sirens and traffic at all hours.
- Inconsistent responses from property manager
Our room was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, roomy & had incredible views! The location was close to anything you might want to do, you could easily walk to most places & public transportation was convenient, affordable & easy to use. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helped us with every question we had. What was outstanding, though, was the customer service! We had some plumbing issues in our room and the way they handled the situation was the best I've ever experienced. They responded immediately, helped us pack, moved our belongings to another room, unpacked & set things up for us, compensated us fairly for the inconvenience & checked back with us to make sure everything was ok. They went well beyond the call of duty to make certain that we were happy & had a great time!

Security was good, the entire staff were pleasant and very helpful with any question we had. What was really outstanding though was customer service! We had some plumbing issues that necessitated us moving rooms.....maintenance issues happen...but I've never had anyone take as good care of us in an adverse situation as they did there! AMAZING VIEW from both the living room and the bedroom! Great place all around.
You can't beat the nightly rate in comparison to nearby hotels! You have all the amenities of being in your own home! Also nice pool, hot tub and sauna! The workout room was well equipped with various machines! There is also a well stocked conveniet store in the building and a very nice laundromat if you need to do any dirty clothes washing! Also a newly opened coffee bar onsite!
