Portage Bay is a smaller, residential section located on the southwestern shore of the bay. There are numerous cafes, restaurants, and stores to check out and explore within the area.
If you have a car, I-5 is easily accessible. The University of Washington is walk able in a matter of minutes. There are also several public bus lines within walking distance of the home.
Other Things to Note:
The lake house/driveway access is located on the north side of the red brick Northern Passage Office Building, just to the west of the south side of the University Bridge. There is 1 parking spot in front of the house. Please enter home from lower ground floor around the left/west side of house.
Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own.
NO PARTIES ALLOWED!!!
After 10 pm, please keep noise down as we do have neighbors.
We do have Moorage Tenants on both our 50 foot docks so please respect their yachts and do not climb aboard. If you see either of the owners during your stay, please say hello.
Our home has an electronic lock box located on the downstairs door. Please enter house down the left side and follow concrete path towards water. The door will be on your right. Motion light should activate and light the keypad for you.
