Great Place. Clean, Equipped, Functional.
Just what was represented from the pictures and description. Maintenance and cleanliness were in check which are top requirements for us when renting. Management was exceptionally responsive to questions and concerns - another important aspect. I’d come again!
Sweet, comfy home and neighborhood! Most enjoyable and we'd all love to return. Thanks for your hospitality.
Nice home in a great location
St. Elmo is as great location close to everything in Chattanooga. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and still very accessable. The home was neat and clean. Everything we used was in good working order. You will need to bring everything other than basic dishes if you plan to use the kitchen, even coffee filters, salt pepper...
The beds and pillows were comfortable and we all slept well. The sheets for the main bedroom were old and starting to pill, but clean.
The smart TV is a little tricky bcz you have to download an app and use your phone to use it. But my kids figured it out with the directions provided and we made good use of the TV, as it rained most of time we were there!
