I would stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I took my family here for Thanksgiving break and it didn't disappoint. The house was clean and spacious for my family of 7. There was enough blankets, towels, dishes, etc... for everyone. The amenities at Paradise Village were great and my kids loved swimming in all of the pools.

Nice Area

We loved the condo and the location. Close to Tuacahn. The pool was nice. Neighborhood was clean and quiet. The only complaint was that there were crumbs on the kitchen floor and counter when we arrived and half of the plates had been put away dirty, so we had to put them right into the dishwasher. I suggest they get a new cleaning company.

Enjoyable but messy

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While we did enjoy our stay, we were very surprised that the home was messy upon entering. There was a pile of dirty sheets sitting on the dining room table, a used towel sitting on the floor and the master shower appeared like no one cleaned it after the last renter used it. The washing machine and we’re both full of linen. We’ve stayed at Paradise Village many times and this is the first time we’ve encountered this. It was disappointing as we were so excited to get away and be here. It was enough for us to conclude that we might not be staying here again.

Wonderful family getaway

We loved our stay here! The neighbor was perfect location and so fun with the pools and water park. The house was in great condition and an amazing layout for families. We did a day trip to Zion and had so much to explore around Santa Clara. We will be back!
