Great location. 30 minute walk to State Capitol and 16th Street Mall Shuttle. Access to public bikes or bus lines. Coffee at Pablos. Breakfast at City Bakery. Lunch at Mr. Lucky's Sandwich Shop. Happy Hour at Benny's or Dinner at your choice. All within walking distance. Groceries, Movie Theatre, etc. great neighborhoods. Distinctive architecture.
What makes this Condo unique
The balcony facing east that is cool on summer afternoon and warm on winter mornings is one of my favorite things about the place. Just at treetop level, when you look out you see trees that seem to go on forever and a sky that is ever changing in Colorado seasons.
