Duke’s Barn is a barn conversion in Blackawton near Dartmouth, Devon. The accommodation includes an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with a woodburning stove, along with a separate study. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, kettle, and toaster. There are three bedrooms with Smart TVs, comprising a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, a double with en-suite free-standing bath and walk-in shower, and a ground-floor super-king-size with en-suite bathroom featuring a free-standing bath and walk-in shower. Gas central heating is provided, with fuel, power, and a starter pack for the woodburning stove included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels. Outside, there is an enclosed walled garden with furniture, barbecue, and firepit. All surrounding land is off limits to guests due to various livestock being kept. Off-road parking is available for two cars. WiFi is provided. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. This property has a good housekeeping bond of 350GBP
