There are 3 upstairs bedrooms with one spacious bathroom, and downstairs has 1 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. Two of the upstairs rooms have their own balcony overlooking the lake. The downstairs has a large kitchen and plenty of living space, but the best part is the large wrap-around deck. Each bedroom, plus the living room, has a TV with cable.
But the main reason to spend your vacation here is the outdoors, and this place has it all. Best fishing spot on the lake is literally 20 feet off our shore. Large private beach, shallow water is perfect for kids (and there's a beautiful year-round creek coming in) with beautiful views of Lassen and breathtaking sunsets. Plenty of off-street parking, basketball hoop, volleyball/badminton, horseshoes, and a propane bbq.
