About Owner / Property Manager
Kurt and Connie wanted to move to the Asheville area in 1994 and looked at many, many houses with one thing or another not quite right. It was late Oct. '94 and after many weeks of searching, we were leaving the next morning without success, when our realtor called about one more place we might want to see. Connie almost didn't go, but decided to persevere. As soon as we walked in and looked at the fireplace, we both knew this was it. We took an immediate liking to Peggy and Bob (the sellers) and even offered to finish the painting they were doing. We put in an offer the next day and bought it. The trees were so important to the Lawlers that we agreed to sign in the contract that we would not cut the trees down. They still stand 23 years later and provide a great part of the serenity of the property. Thus, the name Tree Haven.

Beautiful house. Well-maintained. Attentive owner. Close to Asheville.
Such a fantastic stay
Excellent location, walking distance to the little lake and park and walking distance to downtown Weaverville. We are walkers and enjoy exercise so it was great to get out and about. The home was perfect for what we needed and the dogs loved the fenced in backyard. We loved the fresh flowers throughout the home as well: nice touch! Great stay.
Danielle, thank you for taking the time to share a bit about your Tree Haven experience. We hope you will spend time with us again.
We enjoyed our stay at Tree Haven.
The home was maintained and cleaned well. We loved the fenced in yard for our small dogs. The wood fire was one of our favorite parts. Paul was super nice and welcoming. It was close enough to Asheville, and there were some cute places in Weaverville as well. Zebulon Ales and Blue Mountain Pizza were our local favorites. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for having us!!
Hi, Kristen. Thank you for your kind words about your stay at Treehaven. We enjoyed hosting you and your family and welcome you back anytime. It’s great you were able to visit a few of your favorite breweries.
Wonderful, welcoming property
We stayed two nights at Tree Haven with our dog and two children. Paul met us with welcome gifts to make us more comfortable. The house was immaculately clean and has absolutely anything you could need for your stay. The beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect for us, right down the street from downtown Weaverville (with delicious, we’ll priced restaurants). We would definitely stay at Tree Haven again!
Thank you Erin for your kind comments. It was a pleasure to host you and your family. Please do return to enjoy Tree Haven and this beautiful area.
