This is a newer, 1st floor, 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium located on the Gulf side. It is a short walk to the beach, one-half block! All the amenities you need in a condo are included. Some of the wonderful features are granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, 10' ceilings, and is professionally decorated. All bedrooms include flat screen TVs, with a large TV in the family room for great sports or movie watching.

The couch provides additional sleeping with a generous queen size bed. This condominium boasts a beautiful full size kitchen with 4 place settings at the counter in addition to a full size table and chairs. Down the hall is the washer and dryer. There is also beautiful ceramic tile throughout. A gated swimming pool is just outside the back door with both patio and grassy areas. There are also external showers to rinse off chlorine and sand.

With a mid-island location, our condo is centrally located to restaurants, nightlife, sports, entertainment and shopping. Everything you would need for a terrific and relaxing vacation in South Padre can be found right here!

About Lonnie

We are from the Chicago area and have owned the unit since 2007. We bought the unit as we wanted to be able to go to the beach without the beach following us to our condo. We wanted to be close to the places to eat or just for a short walk at night without driving. We bought it when we still had 2 boys that we wanted to walk everywhere and go to the pool at night for relaxations without getting in the car. As you can tell we wanted a place where we could park when we arrived and walk everywhere. This condo provides that luxury for us and we hope will do the same for you.

Why Lonnie chose South Padre Island

Because its the best unit in the area for the money. I have stayed their several times, get up in the morning and go for a bike ride. We always have a Great Time while being close to the beach and yet no Sand in your face when you leave the beach. We bring our cooler, some food for the day, and get a umbrella on the beach with two chairs, sit back and relax for the day. Easy to get to the beach and enjoy your day.

Very Spacious Accomodation!

First time staying in SPI and had a great time! Was very impressed with how spacious the place was. Despite the occasional plumbing issues with the toilets, we still had a very enjoyable vacation. Just a heads up though, the pots and pans for cooking should really be replaced. Lonnie the landlord is very responsive and so was the cleaning staff (Susan).

Family Get Together on SPI

It's at a beautiful location on South Padre Island with easy access to all sorts of activities that are going on down there. My family of eight had a great time. We have no complaints. We had to use the sofa/sleeper and have to say it was not very comfortable and it has seen better days. Still, I had a most memorable Father's day that a grandpa could have with all my family together. Thanks to Lonnie and his property managers for their quick response to any request we had.

Such a beautiful property!

My family decides to book this amazing property for our annual summer vacation and boy did we have an amazing time. The property is located so close to the beach it was less than a 5 minute walk. The property was extremely comfortable for the whole family, giving us all a chance to relax! The pool was easily accessible and the kids had such a blast!

Beautiful Condo with lots of space

My family and I recently stayed here for a small beach getaway. I would recommend staying here. The condo was spacious enough to fit four adults and four children very comfortably. Full working kitchen so that we didn't have to eat out every night. The best part is that it is very close to the beach. We were able to pack a wagon and walk to the beach no problem. Honestly nothing negative to say. My family and I enjoyed ourselves.
