12 miles south of New Paltz, 65 mi from GW Bridge, this bright and airy 3 bedroom home is in southern Ulster county. Very quiet setting on 12 acres with lawns, gardens, woods, a sculpture park, pond and stream. Surrounded by woods, it is last property on a quiet country road.
It has a spacious living room with great cross ventilation and a wood-burning stove, as well as central AC and heat. There is a front porch, rear deck (with outdoor table and chairs), as well as large back lawn (perfect for setting up a sprinkler or wading pool for the kids). Fully furnished, plenty of closet space, and a well equipped kitchen.You provide your own linens. High-speed internet connection.
