Met expectations - Hot Tub was great
Overall the unit lived up to expectations. The Beds, Hot Tub, Kitchen, and Home in general were comfortable and clean. The basement shower needs servicing as the valve to turn from spigot to shower does not always work and limits pressure. This did not stop from showers occurring. We did contact service upon leaving and I am confident it will be addressed. The Hot Tub... incredible after a day of skiing...
Stayed 5 Nights
Overall a very cozy and roomy place. Beds and pillows are not comfortable. Hot water runs out very quickly also. Ok place for the price.
Nice but had issues
Overall it is a nice place in a central location. However, there were some things that were a problem: Direct TV did not work a couple days. Fireplace did not work a couple days. One bedroom had a queen bed that was a cot and not a real bed so it was uncomfortable. There was not nearly enough hot water...only one person could shower at a time and not for long.
We apologize for the issues this guest experienced. The DirecTV outage was area-wide and outside of our control. The pellet stove did require some cleaning, which we were able to address the same day we were informed of the issue. We have advised the owner of the comment regarding the bed, and we have started monitoring the water boiler for performance. Thank you!
Quiet location near ski resorts
Three adults stayed 6 nights for a ski trip. Breck and Keystone are about 20 mins away and Vail is about 45mins-1hr away. The surrounding towns Frisco and Silverthorne provide all the shopping and food you could want. Breckenridge had some of the best happy hours and restaurants. The hottub on the porch was very nice to sit in after a long day on the slopes. I wish there were more cable TV channels for watching at night/a bigger TV. The shower upstairs had strong water pressure while the one downstairs did not. I also wish the place came supplied with basic cooking essentials like spices and oils. This prevented us from cooking more and just going out to eat since we didn't want to have to buy all the basics. Overall the place served its purpose as a comfortable spot to sleep at night after skiing all day. Beware, the garage isn't very tall, so if you rent or drive a large/tall SUV it will not fit!
Great Silverthorne condo--central to ski resorts
This condo is located centrally to ski resorts throughout Summit County and Vail/Beaver Creek. The in unit washer and dryer and the private hot tub are nice amenities, as is the two stall heated garage. The condo has plenty of room and being split over three floors leaves room to spread out.
Beautiful place so warm and decorated great!
This was one of my families first visit to the mountains and it was terrific. We shopped Black Friday at Silverthorne then cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner and relatives from Denver came then spent a full day at Breckenridge. Loved the Dam Brewery. The management company was terrific and gave us lots of useful info about the area. I would recommend more towels because with the hot tub and a family of 6 we needed more. Please check dryer as it was extremely slow to dry. All in all I would recommend and come back!
