Beautiful

Great location with the river flowing right outside the back door. Townhouse was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. I loved hearing the river while taking a bath in the huge tub in the master! Would definitely come back.

The townhome was the nicest place we have stayed in Summit County

 • 4 of 5

The townhome was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The hot tub was great. The kitchen was nice, however was not very well equipped. Very few cooking utensils and there were no grilling utensils. Basic spices such as pepper were not there, so plan on bringing your own. There was salt. There were storage containers, however no ziplocs, Saran wrap, tin foil, etc. . Bedrooms were nice and spacious. Beds were very comfortable! Bathrooms had everything you needed. We ran out of Kleenex and had to buy more, but we probably use more than the average family. The customer service with Vacasa was prompt and friendly.

Beautiful townhome! Nicest we have stayed at in Summit County

 • 4 of 5

The home was beautiful. Very clean and spacious. Perfect for our family of four! Would give it 5 stars, but the kitchen was not very well equipped. Plan on bringing your own grilling utensils, spices, and Saran wrap, ziplocs, or tin foil, as there were none in the townhome. Vacasa staff are very helpful and friendly! Rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable.

Great setting

 • 4 of 5

Stayed here with five adults total and made it work. The river just outside the back door was very peaceful to sit and listen to and the hot tub was great. We had a few dinners together at the dining table and spent many nights watching cable in the living room and staying warm near the fireplace. The neighborhood is just outside of town and was very quiet.

The garage is too narrow for bigger vehicles (our suburban), which was pretty lame. Also, the master bedroom is right next to the hot water heater and that gets pretty loud. The fireplace is really close to the thermostat so keep that in mind when adjusting the heat.

Overall it was a great place. The three bedrooms with their own bathrooms and the laundry were very convenient. I'd stay here again.

Amazing setting

 • 5 of 5

The river outside is so peaceful. The house is setup great for a small group (five adults). We appreciated the toiletries provided and the decently stocked kitchen (need pint glasses). We also thought the grill was awesome and the washer/dryer.

The hot tub procedures are annoying (have to lock it when not in use, use shock after every use, no glass). We also thought the checkout procedure was not standard (seems like we were told different things).

Great location, quiet neighborhood with great access to walking path right by the creek/river. The staff was amazing and quick to respond to any request made by us, even on Christmas day when i needed a snow shovel. Thank you very much for everything!
