This BRAND NEW (2014-2015 ski season) luxury condominium offers SKI-IN/SKI-OUT access (via the 'Town Lift') to the world-renowned Park City Mountain Resort, a venue for the 2002 Winter Olympics!

The Caledonian is considered the most luxurious of the downtown ski-in/out Park City condos. While in the heart of Park City, right on Main Street, we are ski-in/ski-out (50 FEET to the lift!) for Park City Mountain Resort -- a 2002 Winter Olympics venue. Butchers Chophouse & Bar, located on the ground floor of The Caledonian, is a great restaurant open for lunch and dinner that serves wonderful steaks, chops, poultry, seafood and vegetarian dishes along with an extensive wine selection. We are a 10 minute walk from over 100 restaurants & bars and great shopping and have secure underground parking. The location is ideal for the Sundance Film Festival as well as Park City summer activities including golf, hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, horseback riding, sailing, boating, windsurfing and water skiing -- all within 15 minutes. You are also right on the free Park City bus line which stops right at The Caledonian.

Our condo is considered the most nicely appointed in the building. We did a total renovation for the 2014-2015 ski season. It is an oversized 2 floor (nearly 2,200 square feet) luxury condo that has 3 bedroom suites.

Second suite on 2nd floor -- 2 queen size beds with pillow-top mattresses. Ensuite full bathroom with oversized glass enclosed shower with dual shower heads. 55 inch flat screen smart TV with full Comcast/Xfinity X1 Digital Premium lineup as well as Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu access. Home iPhone sound dock clock radio.

First floor suite -- 1 queen size bed with pillow-top mattress. Also, there is a pull out sofa (queen size with inner-spring mattress) in the living room that sleeps 2.

My name is Steve Barsh. I have owned 2 properties in Park City, Utah since 1999 when we started using them for our family and renting them out to guests as well. I am a 'serial entrepreneur' who has worked in high tech businesses for over 20 years. I am a partner in a venture accelerator program based in Philly, I perform consulting and acting CxO services to help build and expand great companies, and I teach part time in the Wharton MBA program.

Why Steve Barsh chose Park City

We love Park City, Utah! We love the skiing in the winter where we are 100% ski-in/ski-out for Park City Mountain Resort + The Canyons and Deer Valley Resort is only 5-10 minutes from us. The summer is absolutely awesome as well! There are so many wonderful things to do with our kids here in Park City -- it's a great place to vacation with them. Park City is so easy to get to as it's only 35 minutes from Salt Lake City (SLC) airport. Our condos' location right on Main Street makes it an ideal location for the whole family as we are just steps from everything.

What makes this condo unique

It's so convenient. We are 100% ski-in/ski-out (or board-in/board-out for our snow boarding guests) as we are just 50 feet from the ski lift. In the summer, the lift turns into a 'bike lift' for mountain biking access to the Park City Mountain Resort. Being right on Main Street in the 'Old Town' section of Park City is so great as just steps away there are dozens and dozens of great restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, bars, wonderful shops, and galleries.

Welcoming Wonderland for our Long Weekend Escape

Searched VRBO for some comfortable quarters near SLC to spend a long weekend visiting with our daughter who moved to the area in February. We were traveling with her elderly grandparents, so we were searching for a comfortable, and conveniently located accommodation. Images of the Condo online looked amazing, and our experience exceeded our expectations! The place was amazing. Clean, comfortable and perfectly located among fabulous eateries and shops. We were not familiar with Park City, but Steve provided us with some recommendations for restaurants which did not disappoint. We LOVED having breakfast at the Eating Establishment, and had nice dinners at High West and Chimayo. Although it may be considered "off season", the hiking was fantastic. Leaves were turning, and the scenery was very picturesque. Retailers and restaurants offer great deals (great tip from Steve, we checked the local paper and found some 2-for-1 dinner coupons). We would recommend this unit to anyone traveling to Park City any time of year. We would love to return to ski (lifts are literally right outside the Condo), or in the summer to hike and bike the mountain trails. I'm sorry we left without writing about our experience in the guest book. If you stay at the Condo, read through it! Lots of good information and fun stories. We learned that the owners are from Philly, and our son's childhood friend (Jake Elliott) was recently acquired as a kicker for the Eagles. So Steve, if you are an Eagles fan, we are cheering for y'all, unless you end up playing the Rams (long story).

Beautiful, upscale, excellent location, perfect!

This condo is just as pictured, updated kitchen, contemporary baths, white bedding and bath decor, just overall beautiful and very comfortable! Location is prime, located on Main Street right next to awesome restaurants and shops. Bus service to local resorts is just outside door. Parking convenient in building. Hot tub on deck and pool table were a hit with our boys. Very soundproof, very private for all 3 bedrooms. Huge bedroom upstairs with 2 queen beds, large master with king, smaller bedroom with queen downstairs on main floor with living area and kitchen. Kitchen updated with all new appliances. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in Park City who wants a higher end condo, room enough for 8 without being crowded. Steve (owner) was wonderful to communicate with regarding questions before and during our stay. Hotel front desk was pleasant. Less than 10 minute drive to Canyons, 5 minute drive to Deer Valley, 3 minute drive to Park City if you didn't want to take Town Lift. Beautiful unit...location, location, location!! You will love your stay if you choose to stay here!

Loved it!

We had a great stay celebrating our 20th anniversary with two other couples! The location was perfect and it was so nice for all three couples to have their own beautiful bathrooms to use. We enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. Overall it was just a very comfortable and beautiful place to come back to and rest after fun days in Park City!
