This BRAND NEW (2014-2015 ski season) luxury condominium offers SKI-IN/SKI-OUT access (via the 'Town Lift') to the world-renowned Park City Mountain Resort, a venue for the 2002 Winter Olympics!

The Caledonian is considered the most luxurious of the downtown ski-in/out Park City condos. While in the heart of Park City, right on Main Street, we are ski-in/ski-out (50 FEET to the lift!) for Park City Mountain Resort -- a 2002 Winter Olympics venue. Butchers Chophouse & Bar, located on the ground floor of The Caledonian, is a great restaurant open for lunch and dinner that serves wonderful steaks, chops, poultry, seafood and vegetarian dishes along with an extensive wine selection. We are a 10 minute walk from over 100 restaurants & bars and great shopping and have secure underground parking. The location is ideal for the Sundance Film Festival as well as Park City summer activities including golf, hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, horseback riding, sailing, boating, windsurfing and water skiing -- all within 15 minutes. You are also right on the free Park City bus line which stops right at The Caledonian.

Our condo is considered the most nicely appointed in the building. We did a total renovation for the 2014-2015 ski season. It is an oversized 2 floor (nearly 2,200 square feet) luxury condo that has 3 bedroom suites.

Master on 2nd floor -- King size bed with pillow-top mattress. Ensuite full bathroom with oversized glass enclosed shower and soaking tub. 55 inch flat screen smart TV with full Comcast/Xfinity X1 Digital Premium lineup as well as Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu access. Home iPhone sound dock clock radio.

Second suite on 2nd floor -- 2 queen size beds with pillow-top mattresses. Ensuite full bathroom with oversized glass enclosed shower with dual shower heads. 55 inch flat screen smart TV with full Comcast/Xfinity X1 Digital Premium lineup as well as Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu access. Home iPhone sound dock clock radio.

First floor suite -- 1 queen size bed with pillow-top mattress. Attached bathroom with glass enclosed shower done in travertine tile with steam unit. 55 inch flat screen smart TV with full Comcast/Xfinity X1 Digital Premium lineup as well as Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu access. Also, there is a pull out sofa (queen size with inner-spring mattress) in the living room that sleeps 2.

My name is Steve Barsh. I have owned 2 properties in Park City, Utah since 1999 when we started using them for our family and renting them out to guests as well. I am a 'serial entrepreneur' who has worked in high tech businesses for over 20 years. I am a partner in a venture accelerator program based in Philly, I perform consulting and acting CxO services to help build and expand great companies, and I teach part time in the Wharton MBA program.

Why Steve Barsh chose Park City

We love Park City, Utah! We love the skiing in the winter where we are 100% ski-in/ski-out for Park City Mountain Resort + The Canyons and Deer Valley Resort is only 5-10 minutes from us. The summer is absolutely awesome as well! There are so many wonderful things to do with our kids here in Park City -- it's a great place to vacation with them. Park City is so easy to get to as it's only 35 minutes from Salt Lake City (SLC) airport. Our condos' location right on Main Street makes it an ideal location for the whole family as we are just steps from everything.

What makes this condo unique

It's so convenient. We are 100% ski-in/ski-out (or board-in/board-out for our snow boarding guests) as we are just 50 feet from the ski lift. In the summer, the lift turns into a 'bike lift' for mountain biking access to the Park City Mountain Resort. Being right on Main Street in the 'Old Town' section of Park City is so great as just steps away there are dozens and dozens of great restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, bars, wonderful shops, and galleries.

Perfect location in every way !!

Beautiful condo just steps away from Townlift. We arrived by Canyon Transportation , after a grocery store stop, from Salt Lake City airport right to the front door. Easily grabbed a hotel cart and got everything upstairs. After unpacking we walked across the lift area to Town Lift Ski and Board Rental (we reserved online and got a 20% discount when staying at the Caledonian ) and were quickly fitted. Note : they close AT 5 pm !! We stored our skis and poles in the ski closet right by the front desk of the Caledonian. Lots of dinner options up and down Main Street. I suggest you make reservations if you have a larger group.

Condo notes :

We loved the view from the new Hot Springs hot tub that easily accommodated 6 adults. Large fluffy towels provided for the Hot Tub in a basket near the door.

The steam shower in the first floor bathroom was amazing.

Spacious kitchen with Keurig that had coffee pods provided! There is also a traditional coffee pot.

Kitchen is well stocked with every kitchen utensil , dish and glassware you would want . Even a bagel slicer !!

The views from the bedrooms were amazing. Beds were so comfortable with nice linens.

Upscale washer and dryer that came in handy for drying wet gloves and ski clothes.

There is a fireplace but it wasn't working. Repairman was there quickly to work on it but wasn't able to get it up and running.

Ski notes:

Our family consisted of different ski levels of expertise from beginner to expert. Town lift gets you any where you want to go on the mountain. To return to the condo the best way down for the beginners were to ride down the Town Lift ( closes at 4:30) beautiful views!!!

Gondola to Canyons can be taken round trip for a nice view of the area.

Payday lift stays open until 6 pm.

Some of us got our ski lift passes online 3 weeks prior and the Epic Card was mailed to us.

Others wanted to ski half days so we waited to buy passes after we arrived . We walked to lift ticket office next to Town Lift . No lines , very friendly and helpful. Half day lift passes starts at 12:15 for $113. After the initial purchase of the Epic Card you can go online and buy lift tickets for the next day. Loaded right to your card!

In conclusion, a beautiful , well equipped condo in a perfect ski in ski out location with every amenity and dining option available! We are already planning our next vacation! Thanks Steve !

Beautiful, upscale, excellent location, perfect!

This condo is just as pictured, updated kitchen, contemporary baths, white bedding and bath decor, just overall beautiful and very comfortable! Location is prime, located on Main Street right next to awesome restaurants and shops. Bus service to local resorts is just outside door. Parking convenient in building. Hot tub on deck and pool table were a hit with our boys. Very soundproof, very private for all 3 bedrooms. Huge bedroom upstairs with 2 queen beds, large master with king, smaller bedroom with queen downstairs on main floor with living area and kitchen. Kitchen updated with all new appliances. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in Park City who wants a higher end condo, room enough for 8 without being crowded. Steve (owner) was wonderful to communicate with regarding questions before and during our stay. Hotel front desk was pleasant. Less than 10 minute drive to Canyons, 5 minute drive to Deer Valley, 3 minute drive to Park City if you didn't want to take Town Lift. Beautiful unit...location, location, location!! You will love your stay if you choose to stay here!

I don't say this often, but it was perfect. We wished we could have stayed longer.

This condo was wonderful. Location, location, location!!

The only thing that was a problem was that our guests that came to visit that didn't stay overnight were all ticketed in the public parking lot. We incurred over $100 in tickets in a public parking lot that we didn't understand. There was no opportunity to pay when coming in, so it was confusing. I don't believe the owners have control over that, but it would have been nice to know that public parking doesn't mean public parking. Thank you Steve for helping my twin and I have a great 50th!

For any future guests - we have in our arrival instructions that there is one reserved parking space included for the condo. For additional parking, there is a $15 per day fee and that is taken care of at the front desk.

One of our BEST family vacations!

Our son graduated from UofUtah and we decided to look for accommodations in Park City. His 2 older brothers joined us and Steve's condo was perfect for 3 men in their 20's and parents. The pool table kept them socializing with one another; the sauna kept us laughing with lights and jets; and the kitchen's location allowed the "cook" to still be a part of things. I'm high strung for "cleanliness" and we walked with stocking feet throughout your home. We walked across Main Street to climb the mountains, saw a moose, golfed 5 minutes away and dined without driving anywhere.

I hope you'll have us again, Steve. Fabulous memories to hold onto!

Great space, great location

The space was better than the photos. It was clean and comfortable and a perfect fit for our event. Being located on Main Street in Park City made it even better because it was within walking distance to everything. Despite being on Main Street, there was no noticeable vehicle noise from the road because it was located on a quieter part of the street.

Loved the location and the condo was very nice

It would have been nice to have some workout facility in the building or even within walking distance. It also would have been nice to have some housekeeping during our stay. However overall we loved our stay and highly recommend the condo.
