About Heather Dubay
We are so fortunate to have such a beautiful vacation home and enjoy having the opportunity to share it with others.
Heather Dubay purchased this House in 2005
Why Heather Dubay chose Sea Colony
Gulf Harbors is such a beautiful waterfront community with so many amenities and is centrally located to everything. The local beaches and Anclote Island just off the coast are truly paradise. Plus the Innisbrook PGA course is just minutes away.
What makes this House unique
The private beach and clubhouse grounds are well maintained plus having the boat ramps and boat rentals so close to this home makes Gulf access easy. Shopping and restaurants are in walking distance.

Fourth of July stay
This house is amazing with the amount of space that it has! We had ten people this past week and it was awesome and we were never on top of each other! We called the property manager a couple times and she was immediate with getting back! We actually never used the extra pool and private beach. Be prepared for the people in charge of the private beach because they are hard to deal with which made us not want to go. It wasn’t a big deal because we found so many other things to do and loved the house so much! The only thing to be prepared for is to make sure you bring/buy everything you need. For example, we had to buy hand soap, extra toilet paper, disinfecting spray for counters, etc. Besides small thing like that, this house was great for us and we enjoyed it!!! Our kids loved it even more :) The pool had plenty of toys, garage had chairs and plenty in it for the beach! We also caught some crabs at the end of the trip.
Hill Family Vacation
Excellent rental... Everything was clean and the house lay out made it perfect for our large family. It was very centrally located to what we wanted to do. The owner was attentive and pleasant to deal with...Even the neighbors were friendly... A very good week.
It was great for our family of 5. The pool was a favorite place to hang out for the kids! There is a ton of space so you don’t feel overcrowded. Nice area! If you stay here definitely visit Argento’s Italian Bistro and Bakery!
House was huge! We had an awesome time! Plenty of things to do. Beaches are beautiful and close. Tarpon springs was neat. Odyssey Cruise to see dolphins and do some shelling was fun! Kids loved every day!
A great place for three families for a Spring Break get-together
The house was large, with separated bedrooms that allowed for three youngish grandchildren to be able to have privacy, not to mention the adults. The kitchen was large and well equipped, particularly with plastic glassware suitable for the pool deck. The fridge, dishwasher and stove/oven were all in good condition-the icemaker in the fridge was very well used. The clothes washer and dryer were large capacity and easy to operate.
The seating arrangements for eating were well sized, with a very large dining table. Using benches for seating saved a lot of space and made things flexible for the nine of us.
The pool was smallish, but proved to be really popular with both adults and children. Of course, it was surrounded by a huge Florida screened room. A great number of pool toys were available as well.
There was a small grill in the backyard that we used twice. The grid was a little corroded from being in the open, but a bit of scrubbing made things OK.
We visited the Association private beach three times-it is well set up with covered picnic tables and grills. The sand was groomed daily, it seemed. We looked at but did not use the Association pool and clubhouse. It seemed very well set up as well. There was a dolphin sighting on two of the three visits; one was very close to shore.
The location of the house was convenient for travelling to Dunedin-Baseball game- and Tampa-Science Museum. Fred Howard Park in Tarpon Springs is also very close.
There is substantial shopping along US 19, with a Publix grocery store less than a mile away.
The unit owner was very responsive regarding the two or three questions/issues that came up.
Finally, the weather was outstanding, but I guess that has nothing to do with the unit.
Great place for a large group, everything you need in place especially if you have kids.
Nice area really quiet at night for relaxing on the patios. Only negative we had was the pool heater stopped working but Heather sorted the next day.
This home is located in the Gulf Harbors Community of Gulf Landings / Sea Colony
