The spacious open floor plan flows nicely from living area, kitchen, and dining room out to the large lanai. Kitchen remodel includes new whisper close cabinets and drawers, quartz countertops, and upgraded stainless steel Samsung and Kitchen Aid appliances. You will find the kitchen well stocked with coffee maker, blender, rice cooker and ample pots, pans and cutlery to prepare your meals. New windows slide open easily to allow a pass through from kitchen to the lanai, making outdoor dining effortless. Enjoy the gorgeous tropical grounds while preparing your dinner on your private BBQ, or relax with a book after a long hard day of Maui activities.

The living room provides plenty of comfortable seating options. The new Samsung smart TV also includes a quality sound bar. HD Digital cable is provided, as well as free high speed wireless internet.

The Master Bedroom with California King sized bed flows into a large en-suite, remodeled with double sinks perfect for busy couples preparing for their dinner reservations at a nearby 5-star Wailea restaurant. The full sized shower has been retiled in pleasing earth tone colors with a pebbled tiled floor. For privacy, the separate water closet includes a sliding mirrored door. A custom closet system allows easy access to your folded and hanging wardrobes.

The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen sized bed with a colorful tropical comforter. It also has a custom closet system, ceiling fan, and 2 nightstands with lamps for late night reading. For your convenience, we have provided bedside USB and cell phone charging stations.

Unlike many Maui condos that have air conditioning available in the Master Bedroom only, this upgraded condo includes a split A/C with units in both bedrooms and the living area. Luckily the Maui trade winds cool the unit down naturally with a nice cross breeze, so the A/C is only required on the hottest of days.

The full sized front loading Maytag washer and dryer makes laundering our luxurious oversized beach towels easy, and allows you to do less laundry and enjoy more leisure time. We also provide the essentials for your day at the beach-chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler. The nearest beach, top-rated Keawakapu Beach is a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the complex.

The ocean view salt water pool at The Palms is well maintained and recently tiled. The hot tub feels great after a day of golf or horseback riding. The pool area has plenty of lounge chairs and a shaded clubhouse with tables and a free book exchange. Above the pool area is a lookout area perfect for sunsets or whale watching with your binoculars. You will also find an activity desk near the reception area staffed with a knowledgable agent that can assist you in planning the appropriate adventures for your group.

The Palms at Wailea is conveniently located at the gateway to Wailea, but also close to Kihei which has great family beach parks and less expensive dining options. Take a stroll down Wailea Alanui Drive to the Shoppes at Wailea and you will find upscale shopping and restaurants. Then connect to the beautiful Wailea Oceanfront Boardwalk Trail which is over 3 miles of stunning coastline passing all of the luxury resorts along with way.

Our family had a fun filled week and hope to return in the future. When we do we would absolutely stay at this property! The manager was very helpful and friendly upon our arrival and everything was more than we anticipated in terms of comfort and convenience.
