Experience a relaxed vacation in this Family sized Executive 2 bedroom suite condo. This large deluxe condo has been totally remodeled and set up for a family vacation rental. This is a NON SMOKING CONDO, no smoking inside the unit or on the lanai's.

Paki Maui unit #124 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Deluxe condominium on the North Kaanapali Coast, which features state of the art Ceiling Fans in every room, which cool the condo very quickly and are a alternative for air conditioning. Also Granite countertops, and tile with the 'Travertine' look throughout. The decor is infused with the spirit of tropical elegance.

The living area is large and luxurious with a State of the Art Entertainment Center, including 37' flat screen TV, BLU-ay DVD/CD player and an IHOME - IPHONE/IPAD port. Your unit also includes unit dedicated WiFi internet service that is unit specific for your convenience, as well, USB hard wired Internet service in this unit. Sit back, relax open the lanai doors and enjoy the ocean breeze! This condo unit faces the Honokowai Beach Park with a partial ocean and pool views from the master lanai, and the park and partial ocean view from the main lanai.

Make mealtime preparation enjoyable in your fully appointed and very spacious kitchen. Your kitchen features top of the line Stainless Steel Appliances, Granite countertops and Maple cabinets fully stocked for your gourmet cooking or if you choose use the BBQ's at poolside.

The fabulous Master Bedroom comes complete with a NEW California King size mattress & bed suite w/NEW PIMA cotton duvet for soft comfort, private bathroom, powder room, spacious closet and private lanai. The bathroom is tiled from floor to ceiling with a roomy glass enclosed shower. The powder room is equipped with an overhead ceiling fan, fantastic lighting and plenty of mirrors. Store your clothing and suitcases behind the 'Wall of Mirrors' which features built in drawers and shelves. Take a Coffee or Mai Tai break on the Master Bedroom's private lanai.

The second bedroom has 2 Bedroom boasts NEW extralong TWIN mattresses, w/updated NOVOFoam comfort toppers ( convertible to KING BED UPON REQUEST) and Pima Cotton Duvet for a night of comfortable sleeping. There is a night table and a desk area. Also the closet is built out with hidden drawers and shelves for your personal items. Directly off the large second bedroom is the built-in washer/dryer for your personal use and a full second bathroom which is a replica of the great master bathroom. It too has a walk-in shower with glass enclosure.

The Paki Maui property sits amidst lush manicured tropical vegetation and surrounds a beautiful Koi pond with a gentle waterfall. Enjoy your day in the ocean, only steps away or relax around the swimming pool and Jet Spa. Snorkel down the beach and see some of the best marine life on the West side of Maui. Shops, restaurants,a farmers market, and cafe's are only a few blocks away. And if you like to golf, you are only a short drive away from 3 world class courses. This is a NON-SMOKING condo. Parking at the Paki Maui Resort is FREE of charge at this time. You will need to obtain a parking pass from the front office for your vehicle for the time of your stay. No charge.The front office is available for help with booking activities if need be or directly across the street.

This place (your condo) is awesome! You have thought of everything guests may possibly need. We enjoyed Maui so much - when we come back we will definitely stay here again. It was comfortable, clean, and really fun. I have a feeling once the word gets out you are going to be super busy so we'll be sure to book in advance.

Condo was up to date - Amy is attentive and responsive as needed- location is perfect for walking!

We watched whales from our deck and the lawn! They are a ways out but handy binoculars in the unit made the viewing perfect! The park next door would make this a great location for a family as the beach in front of the unit, while great for tide pool viewing and snorkeling, is not so great for playing in the sand! We walked the boardwalk at Kaanapali which was so wonderful - a little stop at Duke’s on the way back for a libation with a view. I will definitely miss the open windows, warm tropical air and the sound of the surf to sleep to! Amy was very helpful when we had a minor issue to tend to - it was a great trip!

The property was well maintained and had prompt response we enjoyed our time. Would stay again!

The property is beachside but doesn't have a large beach. We still had fun snorkeling just outside of the property. We were close to everything that we wanted to be near. The property itself was well done with Good finishes. Amy was very attentive to everything that we needed during her stay. We would love to stay again in the future.

Great value and very nicely furnished. The property manager (Amy) went out of her way to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. She had great dinner recommendations and even made us a reservation for our wedding dinner. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in MAUI.

We are so happy that we chose this place to stay! The paki Maui is a very nice, clean, well keeped place! The ocean is right there! We saw turtles 🐢? every day! Close to all kinds of restaurants, beaches, great stores for shopping for clothes and jewelry and anything you are looking for and need! Our condo was great! Perfect for our family! The condo is well taken care of, with all the amenities you'll need! Pool and bbq are right there! Very nice and well cared for. Amy our condo manager was very nice and accommodating. We hope tone back on our next stay in Maui! I highly recommend this place for your next stay!

Awesome condo

Other than poor communication early on in the booking process on the property manager's part, it was an absolutely lovely condo to stay in. Perfectly located, great partial view of the ocean (1st floor unit view obstructed by pool house), spacious unit. Loved it! Already planning our return trip.

OWNERS CANCELLATION POLICY: Your rental charges are fully refundable (less a $125.00 bookkeeping fee) if you cancel your reservation on or eight weeks before the date of your arrival. If you cancel after that date, the rental charges are non-refundable and forfeited in full, unless we are able to rebook the unit for the same dates, time and conditions as your reservation. To recoup the cost of non-refundable travel expenses, we encourage you to purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance in advance on your own. VRBO offers trip insurance.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
