Paki Maui unit #124 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Deluxe condominium on the North Kaanapali Coast, which features state of the art Ceiling Fans in every room, which cool the condo very quickly and are a alternative for air conditioning. Also Granite countertops, and tile with the 'Travertine' look throughout. The decor is infused with the spirit of tropical elegance.

The living area is large and luxurious with a State of the Art Entertainment Center, including 37' flat screen TV, BLU-ay DVD/CD player and an IHOME - IPHONE/IPAD port. Your unit also includes unit dedicated WiFi internet service that is unit specific for your convenience, as well, USB hard wired Internet service in this unit. Sit back, relax open the lanai doors and enjoy the ocean breeze! This condo unit faces the Honokowai Beach Park with a partial ocean and pool views from the master lanai, and the park and partial ocean view from the main lanai.

Make mealtime preparation enjoyable in your fully appointed and very spacious kitchen. Your kitchen features top of the line Stainless Steel Appliances, Granite countertops and Maple cabinets fully stocked for your gourmet cooking or if you choose use the BBQ's at poolside.

This place (your condo) is awesome! You have thought of everything guests may possibly need. We enjoyed Maui so much - when we come back we will definitely stay here again. It was comfortable, clean, and really fun. I have a feeling once the word gets out you are going to be super busy so we'll be sure to book in advance.

The property was well maintained and had prompt response we enjoyed our time. Would stay again!

The property is beachside but doesn't have a large beach. We still had fun snorkeling just outside of the property. We were close to everything that we wanted to be near. The property itself was well done with Good finishes. Amy was very attentive to everything that we needed during her stay. We would love to stay again in the future.

Great value and very nicely furnished. The property manager (Amy) went out of her way to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. She had great dinner recommendations and even made us a reservation for our wedding dinner. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in MAUI.

We are so happy that we chose this place to stay! The paki Maui is a very nice, clean, well keeped place! The ocean is right there! We saw turtles 🐢? every day! Close to all kinds of restaurants, beaches, great stores for shopping for clothes and jewelry and anything you are looking for and need! Our condo was great! Perfect for our family! The condo is well taken care of, with all the amenities you'll need! Pool and bbq are right there! Very nice and well cared for. Amy our condo manager was very nice and accommodating. We hope tone back on our next stay in Maui! I highly recommend this place for your next stay!

Awesome condo

Other than poor communication early on in the booking process on the property manager's part, it was an absolutely lovely condo to stay in. Perfectly located, great partial view of the ocean (1st floor unit view obstructed by pool house), spacious unit. Loved it! Already planning our return trip.

Great stay in Maui!

We stayed in this unit for Spring Break with our two children (ages 6 and 14) and it was perfect for us. The actual unit was extremely clean, and had everything we needed for the week. The location was great, and easy driving distance to several great beaches. We could walk to the grocery store, and the Fish Market across the street had to-die-for ceviche. I like to run in the morning, and it was about a five minute jog to the beach path that takes you in front of some of the fancier places in Kaanapali. There is definitely not a beach in front of the property (but we sat on the lawn chairs and saw some whales!), and that can be disappointing for kiddos. There is a small park right next door that sort of has a "beach," but it was tiny and not really worth it. More about that park - it's apparently a gathering place for the late night / early morning drinking crowd. We loved having the sliding glass doors open (and it's necessary because there isn't A/C), but on the last two nights we were kept up for several hours with crazy partying, screaming, loud music from over there. I don't know if that's normal? It absolutely didn't ruin our stay though, and we would stay again....maybe bring some earplugs?? We had one small issue with a sink and Amy responded quickly and got it taken care of. We're already missing our morning eggs on the lanai and evening beers at the pool!

Terrific property!

Excellent location. Wonderful amenities. Manager near by, (but not needed). Whale watching from the property! Walking distance to shopping, variety of restaurants, farmer's market, groceries. Nice size kitchen, beautiful showers, wonderful tile throughout. Good parking. Would stay here again.
