Formerly “Never Say Never,” “Mimi’s Paradise” is a VACATION HOME TO REMEMBER! Updates include a new elevator, a spacious living, dining and updated kitchen area on the top floor for ultimate gulf front views! There is also a King bedroom and one full bath on this level. The 2nd floor features a King and Queen bedroom with baths that open onto the large covered deck. There is also a bunk room with two sets of double/single bunks. Read your favorite book in rocking chairs on the covered porches. Take a stroll down the private boardwalk leading to the beach. For days of Florida weather, enjoy multiple smart TVs with Blu-ray/DVD players to catch your favorite movies! If cooking is your passion, Mimi’s Paradise features a modern, well-equipped kitchen with granite counter-tops and stainless-steel appliances. You can cook memorable meals using as fresh as it gets local seafood or other ingredients. Relax on the beach in our beach chairs or explore the waters in the kayak. Some other amenities include an outdoor shower, large charcoal grill, under house concrete parking, covered ground level entry, and books and games.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance from a reputable company such as Travel Guard for emergencies or in case of inclement weather such as a named hurricane resulting in a mandatory evacuation. Please ask owner/manager for information.

Beautiful home under new management!

The Owner just took over managing this property through an independent manager when we rented it for the week between Christmas and the New Year. The home is in great repair and has beautiful views of the Gulf. The top floor has one bedroom and bathroom and a open living-dining-kitchen plan. The furnishings are bright and cheerful and very comfortable. The dining table seats eight and there are lots of pots, pans, dishes, cups and cooking implements in the kitchen. There is a wide deck off of this room with comfortable chairs. The center floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom is well decorated with cheerful linens. Two of these bedrooms open to a wide deck under the deck above. There are stairs from this level's decks to the ground level, and from there to the boardwalk with direct access to the beach. The lower level is a carport and entry with access to an elevator. Lots of towels were provided, including beach towels.

We had some trouble with the TV upon check-in, but the manager immediately responded to our concerns and the issue was resolved quickly. There were a few small items that required maintenance, but nothing that in any way affected our lovely stay.

This home and the adjacent home are set back from the Gulf, but this did not affect our appreciation of the comfort of the waves. We also researched the local plat records and discovered that the lot for this home includes the property in front of it, so the view should never be affected by future develpment. This distance buffers the property from the winds off of the water and provides more privacy.

We shared this rental with another family, and a third family joined us at the beginning of the week, left mid-week, then we were joined by my brother and his wife. The layout of this home made all of these comings and goings a breeze, and we never felt crowded. The location of this home is also ideal, as it is located equi-distance from the State Park and the town center, making it a quick two mile bike ride to each.

I would recommend the rental of this home to anyone, and hope we are able to enjoy it again soon!
