The spacious living room features comfortable furnishings and cozy spots to curl up to read a book or work on a puzzle! The den has a 4G television with cable for your viewing pleasure, and there is super speed WiFi.
There is a tremendous amount of natural light throughout the house, and sliding doors that open fully, making you feel like you are in a tree house!
The dining room has seating for 5 and is adjoined to the living room. The den has a dining area that seats 4 just steps away from the kitchen and poolside patio.
The master suite features a king size bed with ensuite bathroom and a step-in shower with handrails.
The two guest bedrooms feature Queen size beds, each with their own bathrooms. The large den off the kitchen has a full-size pull-out couch with linens if you have overnight guests or kids!
The screened veranda surrounding the pool joins the main house through both the living room and the den, making open air living a reality with full sliding doors in both rooms.
The outdoor patio is under a screen covered enclosure with a patio set, chaise lounges, and a barbeque grill to make your stay more enjoyable. A new pool heater was recently installed to ensure your swimming comfort.
In the spacious garage, you will find a beach cart with two beach umbrellas, three bicycles and beach chairs available for your use.
The beach is a short walk across West Gulf Drive. You can walk or ride a bike.
Per city zoning regulations, 404 Tiree requires a minimum 28-day stay, no exceptions.
We accept dogs at this property with prior approval of the owner and payment of a non-refundable pet fee. This fee is based on the length of your stay, the type and number of dogs staying and/or visiting the property. We do not accept cats or any other pets.
Failure to disclose animals during your tenancy and/or visiting (non-overnight stays) the property can result in eviction and forfeiture of your prepaid sums and deposits.
Our local property manager can assist with emergencies, including a 24-hour lock-out service, which you will be responsible for. Prior to your occupancy, we have the house thoroughly cleaned. At your expense, you may use our cleaning service during your stay (see the Tenant Book for contact information.)
