Located in the Chesapeake Loft Building at 401 W. Shoreline Blvd, this condo is in the heart of downtown Sandusky, Ohio. Spacious unit with one bedroom, one loft bedroom, a Kids' Nook and two baths that overlooks Lake Erie, Chesapeake swimming pool, the marina, and a breathtaking sunset over Sandusky Bay. Walk-out balcony with wall of windows for full view. Stainless steel and granite kitchen is stocked with all utensils and cookware. Loft bedroom has a queen bed, master bedroom has a queen bed, Kids' Nook has two floor-bound twin beds and there is a queen sofa bed in the living room. Freshly-laundered linens and towels are included. FREE WI-FI!


Bring the entire family for fun in the sun out on Lake Erie, travel to the Islands or visit Cedar Point Amusement Park or Kalahari Indoor Waterpark and stay for a fraction of the in-park accommodations price. Sight-seeing and tourist activities are endless at this location. The Island Hopper and Jet Express boats are located right outside your door for easy daily access to the Islands. Or bring the boat and jet skis and enjoy the Sandusky Bay with local marinas minutes away (marina use is not included in the Chesapeake Loft rental).

This unit is located in a secure-access condominium complex with 24-hour video surveillance in the heart of Sandusky, Ohio, on Lake Erie. It has all amenities needed for a wonderful vacation get-away. Walk to local shopping and restaurants, enjoy the pool and hot tub on site, or work out in the first floor fitness room.

This unit is on the very top floor with spectacular views and best rates for its size. Don't wait! Book early! This unit was reserved to capacity all summer for the past 6 years and will certainly fill up fast again in 2016.

This unit will accommodate 8 people maximum, though 6 people is the preferred maximum. A $25 per person surcharge will be added for each person registered for the reservation in excess of 6.
NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING.
(Cancellation Policy / Damage Policy are not a required purchase. Security Deposit, however, is required.)

Please Note: By agreeing to book a rental home reservation with M&S Properties, LLC/Chesapeake 318, evidenced by you providing us with your personal booking information necessary to complete your rental agreement, and by providing us with your credit card information, you agree to be bound by M&S Properties 'Terms & Conditions', which includes our 'Cancellation Policy'. Until a reservation is confirmed, rates may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. The Mission of M&S Properties is to offer the short term rental of a clean, well maintained, family-friendly, single family condominium unit in the Chesapeake Lofts building and to offer the accommodations at a fair and competitive price. M&S Properties, LLC will only cater to individuals and families who will treat our "Home Away from Home" with the same care and respect they would give their own home and offer these accommodations in a professional and businesslike manner, while still maintaining personal and responsive hands-on service. Cancellation of reservations must be made sixty (60) days or more prior to arrival. A cancellation fee equal to 20 percent (20%) of the total rent (not including Damage Security Deposit) will be charged on all canceled reservations. Late cancellations with less than sixty days notice will result in forfeiture of the full advance deposit. Written notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellation and early departure due to inclement weather does not warrant a refund of rent. M&S Properties, LLC/Chesapeake 318 is to be used as a vacation residence ONLY and for the exclusive use (residence, gym facility and pool) of registered tenants ONLY. The M&S Properties, LLC/Chesapeake 318 unit requires a $250.00 refundable Security Deposit.
