This unit has the best views in the whole building. It's a 4th floor corner unit overlooking the Folly River. It's super comfortable and family friendly. Fish and crab off the dock and grill your dinner on the screen porch.

Two bedrooms have full en-suite bathrooms and an additional full bath adjacent to the third bedroom. Sleeps 6 comfortably with 2 twin beds, 1 king and 1 queen. Private screened porch overlooking the Folly River, fully equipped kitchen, quality sheets and fluffy towels. Flat screen TVs in the bedrooms and living room. Washer and dryer. Fully equipped kitchen with dinner and flatware for six. Linens and towels. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Private dock for fishing and crabbing and swimming pool. Family friendly for all ages from infants to elderly. Private understory parking right by the elevator. Stunning sunsets and dolphins!

Property Manager is available 24hrs to make sure you are happy with the accomodations.

This condo is located in a small family oriented waterfront community. Parties are not allowed and the parking is limited to 2 cars. No smoking or pets are allowed and all guests must abide by the posted HOA and Folly Beach rules. Check in time is anytime after 3pm and check out time is 10am.

This property has been a vacation rental managed by Christine Wilkerson and has had excellent reviews for several years ( see VRBO property number 466100 for reviews). While I am the new owner and will be booking the rentals, Christine will still be managing the condo and will be your contact person while u stay with us. I am a retired marine biologist and a long time a Folly Beach resident. Why John Manzi chose Folly Beach

This is the premier condo unit in the building. On the top floor this riverside corner condo commands the best views and is one of the quietest in the building. It also has two understory parking spaces, one immediately next to elevator for easy loading and unloading. Turn of River condos is a five minute walk to the beach and all the restaurants, shops and bars that make Folly Beach the Go To Beach of Charleston. The views from this condo can’t be beat with gorgeous sunsets from the screen porch and sunrises from the front balcony.

What makes this condo unique

Folly Beach is a very special town. A true Beach community with lots of fun and excitement while still only a short ride to downtown Charleston with all the history and sophistication of one of America’s best small cities. Folly is a great little seaside community with a terrific central pier and extensive beaches as all the restaurants, shops and bars that anyone would want.

Beautiful place! Great stay!

Six ladies visiting Folly Beach area to participate in the Cooper River Run found a lovely condo that was clean, comfortable and very well kept. Views are wonderful. Sunrise and sunset can be seen from screened porch or elsewhere in this home. Kitchen well supplied. Beds comfortable. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Even Beach towels. Nice neighbors. Quiet! Close to plenty of good restaurants and things to see and do. On the river and near the beach. Owner and overseer both a pleasure to communicate with. No problems during our stay. Hope to stay here on our next visit!!

Great stay! Close to the beach!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying here! We were very pleased with the space and loved how close it was to the beach. The space itself had everything we could've wanted and more, including a beautiful view of the river and a lovely porch to watch the sunset. The host Christine was also very accommodating and helpful during our stay. We would love to come back again! And hope to sometime soon!

This condo is on the Folly River and a very short walk to the Beach and all the shops, restaurants and bars that are concentrated in that area. So you have all the excitement of a resort Beach and a quite comfortable condo to return to when the day is done.
