Our apartment is the perfect location to access all that Nashville offers and yet a space to relax, be comfortable and enjoy your time here. Convenient to all interstates for business, retail, or entertainment. We are 5 minutes to 5 points, 2 miles to Titan's stadium, 3 miles to lower Broadway (the most happening place in Nashville!), Country Music Hall of Fame, Ryman, TPAC, Bridgestone Arena and 15 minutes to Opryland and the Opry House. Come stay, work or play in our beautiful town!
Located in East Nashville, our apartment has a proximity to Downtown Nashville you just can't beat! As a brand new listing on Airbnb, we look forward to having the opportunity to host ya'll while in town. And who knows, we may even bump into each other downtown at some of our favorite Honky Tonks. If you love music, good food, and even better people - then you are going love Nashville and everything it has to offer. Whether you're coming for business or pleasure, our home is equipped with cable and high speed internet if you need to use our space as a place to unwind from a hard day in the office - or an exciting day on the town.
Guest will have access to the entire apartment. (1bd 1bath) As a 4 apartment building, guests will also have a private parking space. There is a charcoal grill in the back of the house which is a shared grill between the 4 apartment units.
Our apartment also has private and free parking while you come to town. Nashville is also extremely UBER/lyft friendly!
Other Things to Note
The access to apartment D is in the front of the apartment building and up the stairs with the door that is labeled D. There will be clear signage on the door. Please make sure you are parked in the front and going to the correct unit.
My preferred form of communication is through Homeaway email. The Homeaway app has been added to all the personal and business devices for myself and my assistant, therefore, in an emergency everyone is notified immediately. You are welcome to call our business phone first but please follow up with an email so that the first one available can respond to you as soon as possible.
All individuals booking or staying on our properties must be at least twenty-four (24) years old. If you or one of your guests is not twenty-four (24) year old it is grounds for eviction and will result in the loss of your security deposit. This is strictly enforced and you will not be admitted into the building with underage guests. We do make an exception for families with children, twelve (12) years or older, as they will be accompanied by a parent.
We have a zero tolerance policy for smoking. This is strictly enforced, if we smell smoke in the unit it is grounds for eviction and will result in the loss of your security deposit.
Each unit has one off the street parking space that is clearly marked. Unit C and D park in the front of the building. Unit A and B park in the back of the building. There is NO extra parking. We can ONLY accommodate four vehicles. Trailers, campers, and UHauls are NOT permitted on the premises.
We have an absolute NO pets policy. Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. If it is determined that a guest violates this policy a fine of $200 will be charged to the guest and the guest will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
Each unit has its own water heater. If you have the maximum number of guests for your unit you will go through hot water faster. Running the laundry, the dishwasher and long showers will affect your hot water supply.
HEATING / COOLING
For the best results with the heating and cooling, the unit should be set on “Auto” and then adjust the temperature to your preference. The unit is sufficient to cover a square footage larger than the apartment so there is no problem reaching your desired temperature.
LOCKING THE DOOR
Unit A and B
Each unit has their own individual entry door in the rear of the building. The entry door is clearly marked. To lock entry door, securely close door and it will lock automatically.
Unit A and B also have exit doors in their bedroom. This door is for an emergency use only. Use of this door for any other purpose can result in LOCKING YOURSELF OUT of the unit! DO NOT deadbolt the entry (back) door and exit the bedroom door as this will result in locking yourself out of the unit. The light switch at the back door should remain ON at all times. This controls your exterior security lighting.
Unit C and D
Unit C and D guests must enter through the front door and climb one flight of stairs to the unit’s entry door. Unit C is to the left at the top of the stairs. Unit D is the the right at the top of the stairs. There is a separate four digit code for the front door. To lock entry door, securely close door and it will lock automatically.
The kitchen is stocked with dishes, coffee filters, two bottled waters, dish soap, paper towels, cleaning rags, and sponges for your convenience. The kitchen has a mini-fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, sink and stack washer-dryer. Please feel free to use these appliances as needed.
The fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen under the sink.
Should you trip a breaker during your stay, the breaker box is located in the kitchen behind the mini-fridge. Do not run multiple hair dryers, curling irons, heat rollers simultaneously or you will trip breakers.
Laundry detergent is not supplied but please feel free to use the washer and dryer if needed. For maximum results, please do not overload the washer or dryer and clean the dryer screen with every use.
Extra toilet paper is located under the sink. Also, you can find cleaning supplies under the bathroom sink should you need to clean anything in the bathroom. Please feel free to use the hair dryer located on the shelf in the bathroom as well. Do not run multiple hair dryers, curling irons, heat rollers simultaneously or you will trip breakers.
Trash pick-up is on Tuesday of each week. Should you need to carry out trash during your stay, please place your garbage in the trash bins behind the building. On trash day (Tuesday) the trash bins will be moved to the street for pick-up.
TV / CABLE / FIRE STICK
Each unit has one television in the living room. The television has basic cable set-up for your convenience. If you would like to access your Netflix or Amazon accounts, please feel free to use the provided Amazon Fire Stick.
You can find extra sheets, blankets, an iron and ironing board in the closet.
In an effort to be respectful to all guests staying in the building regarding noise we have enacted a restriction on the number of guests allowed in each unit. If you have more than 4 guests in your unit it is grounds for eviction and will result in the loss of your security deposit. This is strictly enforced and you will not be admitted into the building with unregistered guests.
