*Meet the property managers*

Hi, my name is Whitney. My husband, Jeff, and I live below the main house and maintain the property. We have a little boy who will be one in September. I am the oldest child of the home owners who are serving at New Horizons in Colorado, which is a ministry that works with pregnant inmates and their families.

Although I was once a former school teacher, I am now a stay-at-home mom and entrepreneur, while Jeff is currently a high school tech and finance teacher. We both love being outdoors and traveling. This summer we will be in Guatemala for a month learning Spanish! Jeff has lived in Grenada as a teacher and I have lived in Colorado as a nanny for a prison baby. Both Jeff and I have been to many different countries including Japan, Ecuador, Jamaica, France, Italy and more.

We can't wait to meet you and welcome you to the last paradise in Lancaster county.

About Whitney/Property Manager

Hi, we are the Fox family.

Purchasing this property was a dream come true. Located along one of the only dirt roads left in Lancaster County, this secluded property has a lot to offer in privacy. We have been making it home for over 10 years. Recently we have felt that God has called us to Colorado, so with exciting anticipation we are planning to make that move this summer. While we live and work with New Horizons Ministries, we will be renting out our home and allowing others to enjoy that same fresh air we have so enjoyed these last number of years. The property is managed by a family member while we are gone and all proceeds go to supporting us while we work with incarcerated mothers.

Our oldest daughter Whitney and her husband Jeff will be maintaining the property while we are away. Please read more about their family in the description above.

Whitney/Property Manager purchased this house in 2006

Why Whitney/Property Manager chose Newmanstown

We bought this property for the acreage and privacy that offers. With the land we have we are able to have a number of wildlife living on our property including elk and bison.

What makes this house unique

Some of the unique benefits that our property has to offer is the privacy. You cannot see any other properties in the summer with the leaves on the trees. Even in the winter time, the trees offer seclusion from neighboring properties. Being the last paradise in Lancaster County, the stars are brilliant and being away from much of the light pollution as possible they shine brightly.

Beautiful, scenic and peaceful setting! Very clean, organized and uncluttered!

Everything was great for our family of seven. When we arrived everything was in order and we were warmly welcomed by Whitney. She did a great job making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. We loved the decor and especially enjoyed the Master Suite with dual shower and baby grand piano! Also loved having a washer and dryer for our use. The treasure hunt was a fun little extra activity for our family. We were happy to support this Missionary Family. Hopefully we can return again in the future.
