Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and 360 Blue fines.
Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 30 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

December 2017 Stay
Overall, I was very impressed with the area and rental property. It was exactly what I was hoping for. The only things that would have made it better would be entry and exit access through the front door (have a keypad on that door), as well as a few extra dishwasher soaps, garbage bags and paper towel rolls for short term guests who aren't at the property long enough to shop for bulk purchase items such as those.
Also, the dishwasher wasn't bolted into the cabinets so it moved easily.
We are thrilled that you were impressed with the area as well as the property itself, and are so glad that the home met your expectations.
