We are just recently offering this modestly decorated ski-in, ski-out condo at significant discounts this 2017 / 2018 ski season.

Our prices are below market rates averages for comparable ski-in, ski-out 2 BDR / 2 BATH condos in Breckenridge, as it is a new listing with no ratings (yet), and the unit interior has not been updated is very simply decorated. THERE AREN'T MANY (OR ANY?) We fell in love with Breckenridge many years ago, and know that this condo's location is truly unique. You take a short walk down the hall to the ski lockers, grab your equipment, head out the door, and you are on the slopes!

What makes this condo unique

There are three unique benefits: 1) Location, 2) Location, and 3) ... (wait for it :-) ... LOCATION. We don't know of any other properties in Breck with quicker access to the ski lifts and slopes than this property.

Notes:
No matter what season, Breckenridge is a great place to spend a lot of time outdoors. This condo has not been updated in side, but we think you will find value in our prices, and how close this condo is to the slopes. Because this condo complex was built in 1971, it was one of the first in Breckenridge, with 1st choice for location. Many other "ski in / ski out" condos, you need to take an elevator, walk a city block or two in ski boots carrying skis, sometimes navigating stairs, to finally get to the ski lifts. This modestly decorated condo is a short hallway away from the ski lockers. Once you have your gear from the locker area, you take a small set of stairs next to the hot tubs, and you are literally on the slopes. A short ski/ride (about 100 yards, GREEN ski slope) and you are at the base of Peak 8, with its 4 ski lifts to access the mountain. While others skiers are waiting in line to load the gondola in town, you are already where the gondola arrives at Peak 8 base

Exceeded expectations.

One of the most convenient condos on the mountain. Get your skis out of the locker and less than a minute later standing on the slope about 100 yards uphill from the lifts. Need a break, and you stop by on the way down. Hot tub. high def tv with Dish Network w/HBO made nights entertaining. Attached, covered parking was great also

Great Location

Ski Watch is such a great place to stay. As described, this unit hasn't been remodeled in a long time, so don't expect anything but the basics. The property managers were wonderful to work with and helped with any little needs that popped up.
