About: Welcome, we are Donnie, Jeanne and Jenna Alexander from Cherryville NC. I recently retired from teaching after 30 years. Jeanne, my wife is an accountant with Lincoln County Government. Our daughter Jenna recently graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill and now attending Lenior Rhyne University pursuing her Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. She misses cheering for the Tarheels. We attend the First Presbyterian Church and are blessed each day by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I am a 3RD degree Mason and member of Masonic Lodge 505 as well as an Oasis Shriner. Why South Side 1200 (Surfside Beach, SC, USA):
Location, Location, Location: Site 1267 Snapper Lane. This is our second home in Ocean Lakes. We upgraded by building our home in 2007. We prefer the southside of the resort because of the much shaded area and south gate entrance. We elected to build on a lot as close to the beach as possible with a duel roadway. The lot selection was also chosen for proper drainage characteristics. PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT AND READ OUR REVIEWS. THANK YOU
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The home is unique with 9' ceilings trimmed with large crown molding, ceramic tile flooring and counter tops, chair railing, modern appliances, lazy boy recliner, two sofas, private wireless internet, washer/dryer, an a extra large front porch with partial covering for shade. A middle hallway separates the 3 bedroom and two baths. Wall mounted TV'S are in each bedroom and family room. Parking for 3 cars and outside shower add to the benefits of our home.. We pay an on-site manager(that resides in Ocean Lakes) to handle all of the minor inconveniences that you may encounter. Hopefully none will arise but she is there and ready to make your stay enjoyable. The most unique benefit is we(the owners) want to make your stay enjoyable and try to maintain our home to the highest character. If we are aware of a repair need, the repair request is expedited to the appropriate individual. Thank you
