We own the first two homes on this strip of houses and they are right next door to each other. You are looking at house #2.
Let's cut to the chase! Why should you book with us? We have lightning fast wifi, beautiful updated decor, we make sure the place is clean & spotless, & we don't skimp out on amenities. Upon arrival, when you're tired and hungry after your travels, you'll be greeted with a basket of snacks and a few refreshing bottles of water & Lacroix for you in the fridge. We'll get you started and supply you with a batch of coffee as well. Fresh linens will be laid out for every guest (we allot two towels per guest), and for those of you that forget to bring your shampoo or body wash, we've got you covered with some travel sized ones.
SPECIFICS: This home has THREE amazing levels!
1. Large living room to hang out in with a TV

3. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances & fully stocked with cookware essentials.
4. Bathroom with stand up shower.
5. Sorry, but the fireplace is a non-working fireplace.

2. Twin size futon in the hallway across from bedroom 1.
1. Master bedroom (2) with 2 Queen size beds and TV
2. En suite master bathroom with large stand up shower, soaking bathtub, and double vanity.
3. Laundry room in hallway with full size washer and dryer.
4. Full bathroom with shower/tub combo.
5. Bedroom (3) with Queen size bed, twin size fold out futon, and TV.
6. Bedroom (4) with Queen size bed, super tall ceiling, and walk out balcony.
Plenty of free street parking directly in front of our home.
You`ll have 100% private access to entire home during your stay!
Interaction with Guests:
We are avid travelers and are often out of town, however, you can reach me anytime through Airbnb for any non urgent questions or comments you'd like to pass on. However, I'll have a local friend of mine available for you for any emergencies!
12 miles from the Airport, you'll be staying in the West End area of Nashville. SO many coffee shops, restaurants, stores, beauty and wellness shops, all within a 1 mile radius. You'll be able to walk to a lot of places. Close to Vanderbilt University, Star Bagel Cafe, Centennial Park & Nashville`s Parthenon, The Local Taco, Neighbor`s Bar, Starbucks, Love Circle Park, Dose Coffee, Maggiano`s, The Tin Angel, and tons of other great shops and restaurants! After you explore West End, be sure to check out downtown Nashville, The Gulch, 12 South - only 5 minutes away! You`ll certainly enjoy your time in our house, too.
From Nashville Guru: West End is home to the biggest “urban” park in Nashville, Centennial Park, making it a great area for active city-goers. Located near Downtown Nashville, Midtown and Sylvan Park, West End is centrally located. The location makes it easy to get to other areas in no time. West End has several condo, apartment and housing options.
With its proximity Vanderbilt University, hospitals and big corporate buildings, West End has several hotels and is a popular place for people to stay while visiting Nashville. This area has more chain restaurants than other areas in Nashville, but you can sift through and find the great, local places to support as well.
You can easily and affordably get around using Lyft or Uber although we'd recommend a rental care if you're looking to explore outside of Nashville areas like the Natchez Trace, Opryland, Franklin, etc.
Other Things to Note:
We're legally permitted by the city to operate as a short term rental. Our permit # is posted in our photos.
Keep in mind you are renting OUR HOME that's in a peaceful neighborhood and NOT A HOTEL. We only want guests who will be respectful of our property and NOT to be used as a party house or to be trashed. We've spent a lot of time and money making our home feel good and inviting for guests.
Please be respectful of your neighbors, this is a residential neighborhood! Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am and are STRICTLY ENFORCED. NO PETS, AND NO SMOKING -- $300 fine will be assessed if evidence of either has been found or if any noise complaints are received!
