Let's cut to the chase! Why should you book with us? We have lightning fast wifi, beautiful updated decor, we make sure the place is clean & spotless, & we don't skimp out on amenities. Upon arrival, when you're tired and hungry after your travels, you'll be greeted with a basket of snacks and a few refreshing bottles of water & Lacroix for you in the fridge. We'll get you started and supply you with a batch of coffee as well. Fresh linens will be laid out for every guest (we allot two towels per guest), and for those of you that forget to bring your shampoo or body wash, we've got you covered with some travel sized ones.
Our home is equipped with brand new Casper Mattresses & a gas grill. With 4 queen beds (one in each bedroom), a queen sized pull-out couch in the living room, and a twin pull-out in the bonus area upstairs, you`ll easily sleep a group of 11 in this home!
This home is two stories! The first floor features the living room, dining area, kitchen, and one bedroom and bathroom with a queen bed. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, a bonus room, and two bathrooms. The master suite is upstairs and has a queen bed while the other two bedrooms both have one queen bed and are centered around a jack-n-jill style full bathroom. There is a twin sleeper sofa in the bonus area. All bathrooms have a shower!
Street parking only in front of our house. (free) You can also park on the parking pad behind the house. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE ALLEYWAY.

We're located between the Belmont University area and Edgehill Village - two PRIME neighborhoods with plenty to offer.

Belmont Blvd is a beautiful, mainly residential area located right next to Belmont University. Nestled between Hillsboro Village and 12 South, Belmont Blvd proves to be a desirable, central location in Nashville. From incredible million dollar homes to more affordable fixer-uppers, you will see all types of people along Belmont Blvd. This area is great for anyone, although, you do see a lot of strollers and tricycles in front yards. A wide sidewalk with bike lanes on either side lines this mile strip making it superb for walking, jogging or biking.
Belmont Blvd has about ten restaurants including the well-known coffeehouse and roaster Bongo Java, which has a huge patio filled to the brim when the weather permits. There is also a great local clothing store, two salons, a flower shop, and an animal hospital. The mix of people on Belmont Blvd creates a great, energetic culture that keeps you guessing. If you choose to live on Belmont Blvd, you can walk to 12 South pretty easily, but plan to drive to most of the other areas.
Edgehill Village is an area located parallel to Music Row. This is one of the smaller areas in Nashville with a few eateries and shops, including popular spots like Old Glory, Taco Mamacita, and Bella Napoli. The housing around Edgehill Village varies greatly but is comprised mostly of individual homes.
This area would be suitable for young couples or singles looking for a good central location and more affordable living options. Edgehill Village focuses mostly on commercial space and less on residential living, but if you can find a nice home in this area, you can enjoy the location and convenience of Edgehill Village.
Our place is so centrally located, traveling using Uber or Lyft is very affordable and convenient.

We're legally permitted by the city to operate as a short term rental. Our permit # is posted in our photos.
Keep in mind you are renting OUR HOME that's in a peaceful neighborhood and NOT A HOTEL. We only want guests who will be respectful of our property and NOT to be used as a party house or to be trashed. We've spent a lot of time and money making our home feel good and inviting for guests.
Please be respectful of your neighbors, this is a residential neighborhood! Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am and are STRICTLY ENFORCED. NO PETS, AND NO SMOKING -- $300 fine will be assessed if evidence of either has been found or if any noise complaints are received!
