OUR UNIT IS ON THE THIRD FLOOR, which is the entry floor over the sky-bridge from the covered parking garage, and leads directly downstairs to facilities in the building, and outdoors to a pool and the beach. No need to use the elevator. No need to wait in line for the elevator, though they are available if you have need for them. But, our unit has an interior entry-way, so there's no high, long, and narrow outside entry-way balcony to deal with, especially with children who are afraid of heights. And, since the 3rd floor is connected to the sky bridge with 6 short stairs steps, and an escalator to the lobby, getting to and from is very easy. Once inside the unit, there is total privacy, from people and noise.
This professionally decorated condo has Living Room and Master Bedroom facing the Gulf--with an unobstructed view of the ocean-- another full sized Bedroom with queen bed, and built in bunk beds in the hall! With the pull out queen sized sleep sofa, the unit can easily sleep 8. The modern kitchen comes with new GE appliances and granite counter tops--fully furnished. Master bath has whirlpool tub and marble counter tops. There is tile floor in the bathrooms and kitchen and carpet in the living areas. You’ll have a wonderful, unobstructed view of the Ocean and pristine sugary sand beach from a spacious balcony.
Across from the resort, and connected by an enclosed overpass, is a covered parking garage for residents and guests only, along with another pool. A Starbucks Coffee shop is on the property. A fully equipped exercise room is also on the property. A parking pass in required and provided to you. The first floor houses the main arrival lobby.
We have two folding beach chairs for use, along with beach towels. All TVs have all HBO channels for free plus HBO on demand--at no extra cost. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. A printer and pak'n'play are available upon request.
This unit is a non-smoking unit. No pets allowed. No renters under the age of 25.

Why the Owner Chose Panama City Beach, FL, USA:
We bought our condo at Emerald Beach Resort in March of 2006. We hope someday in the distant future to retire there. Therefore, we want to keep our unit in tip top shape for the future, and rent now to responsible families who enjoy the beach and want a beautiful experience in our unit as well. We bought because this was advertised as the best resort on the beach, and we think they were right. Also, it's nice being so close to Pier Park. We love it there.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We particularly enjoy the ocean view from the master bedroom. It brings the ocean right in to the condo, and is so relaxing. We discovered that one can sit in the jacuzzi in the master bath, and by keeping the bathroom door open, have a clear view right out to the ocean. We love to relax and listen to the waves come ashore. We also like the fact that our balcony is private. The swimming pool is not underneath us, so there is not excess noise. It is so relaxing.
