Three lovely decorated bedrooms, the master having it's own gas fireplace and all three bedrooms have their own bathrooms with bathtubs. The main living area is on the second floor and consists of entirely hard wood floors, large windows, a 1/2 bath, spacious dining and living area, a wall mounted gas fireplace and fully stocked sizable kitchen.
This mountain arena is packed full of activities. This location is Great for outdoor enthusiasts. Lake Granby is the second largest lake in Colorado and just up the road are Shadow Mountain and Grand Lakes which are all great for Ice fishing, Snowmobiling, Cross County Skiing. Rocky Mountain National Park, Winter Park Resort, Fraser and nearby Granby Ranch Skiing can all be accessed for the above activities. The lovely historic town of Hot Sulphur Springs is just a short scenic drive away. It fancies historic museums and 33 pools at the Natural Hot Springs.
The towns of Grand Lake, Granby and the Fraser Valley and Winter Park Resort always have weekly and weekend events. The Rockies are beautiful no matter what time of year and what type of activity you enjoy. Come, bring your family and enjoy the Season in our little paradise.

About the owner: We are long time residents of Grand County. Ron has worked at Winter Park Ski Area for 33 years. He ice fishes and I cross country ski in the Winter. We enjoy water sports and the mountains in the Summer.
