About Kevin, Shore'

We worked and lived in France (Aix-en-Provence) for more than 17 years, when we moved back to the States, we had to have a place in this lovely region of France. We go back every year and love this house and beautiful Provence!!!

Kevin, Shore' purchased this house in 2006

Why Kevin, Shore' chose Provence

We know Provence very well and the house

is near Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, Nice, mountains (Alpes de Haute Provence),Italy,

Spain, Germany and Switzerland.

We love Provence!

What makes this house unique

Very cute village, nice people and near all big cities: Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, Nice, Monaco, even Italy is not far, and 3 hours to Paris if you take high-speed train (TGV) from Aix-en-Provence. We are in the heart of Provence and the lavender country, so much

to do and visit, excellent restaurants, village outdoor markets........

Guestbook comments from the owner

We arrived about 7:30 PM,we love it!and fascinated by the village, and area around.

Thanks again ,we believe we are lucky to have found such a

nice place in such short notice ,and have a few trips around

the area planned for the remaining of our stay.

Cheers

Very clean and well located for exploring the Alpes des Haute Provence region.

  • 4 of 5

Very enjoyable time in a small non turistic town which is what I was looking for. The house served well the purpose of a base to drive around the region. The concierge was most cordial and amable (Jean Pierre ). The only minor complaint could be the single bathroom if you were to share with more than two that were not close relatives.

A perfect village getaway

  • 5 of 5

Our stay was exactly what we were dreaming of- a slice of rural Provence life in a great location for exploring the region. We had a great time hiking, swimming, visiting markets, and bringing back food to cook in the well-appointed kitchen and to enjoy around the big dinner table. Saint-Martin-de-Brômes is a gem, the people are friendly and kind, and the home is exactly as we imagined. Thank you!
