This beautiful townhouse has 3 bedrooms (king bed in master bedroom and 2 queen beds in the other 2 bedrooms), 2 and 1/2 baths and a gorgeous kitchen! Everything in this place is brand new, hand-piked by me. It is situated on 3 levels - the kitchen, powder bathroom, and living and dining rooms are located on the 2nd floor, and the 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are on the 3rd level. Located on a quiet street, it is just around the corner from a neighborhood pool open in the summer for which I can get guest passes. Easy access to I-70 and I-225.

Waking distance to Northfield Mall (Bass Pro Shop, Victoria’s Secret, Harkins Northfield 18 movie theatre, etc.), and many restaurants like Torchy Tacos, 5 Guys, Fredy's, beauty salons and much more. Easy access to I-70 and I-225.

Great home and location - Highly Recommended

My family and I rented this property and it was great! It was very nice, spotless and comfortable for 6 of us. It has all the amenities you need. During our trip we visited many different areas. The property is in a great location to quickly get on the highways. It is also a short drive to downtown Denver.

I would recommend Nico’s property to anyone. Fantastic!
