A great location
My wife and I stayed at this property to visit monuments and museums in Washington D.C. for 9 days. The location is very convenient. It is only minutes of walking distance to Metro station, Safeway grocery and some restaurants. It is a well-furnished property with a kitchen and a living room downstairs, and a bedroom, a full bathroom and half bathroom upstairs. There is also a washer/dryer upstairs. The owner is very helpful and she responded quickly when we had a question.
The heating and cooling is controlled centrally. There was no thermostat to control room temperature. At the time of our visit the rooms were very warm, even though it was cold outside. We opened the windows, but found it too cool sitting by them and the rest of the room was still too warm. This is one issue we would encourage to be addressed.
