Uber, lyft and cabs are also convenient and low cost ways to get around town. Car2Go is a rent by the minute program as well. The cars are Mercedes and they offer sedans and a suv. The remodel was completed December 2017. The basement apartment has a separate and private entrance near the front of the house. Your space is totally separate from the main floor, and you do not have to access any area of the upstairs to get to the basement area and we do not have to access your area at any time either. We are available to help with any needs but our interaction can be as much or little as you would like. The space has everything that you need to make it your home away from home. You will be provided with all the utensils, plates, and glasses that you will need to have a dinner, snack, or drink. Cable and wifi are included. We have a dog so you do not have access to the backyard at any time. The bathroom is the real show stopper with a separate soaker tub to help you relax and a large rain shower. Each bedroom has a queen size bed with a closet to hang up your clothes. We have a pack and play if you have young children that will need accommodations as well. As I said, we do have a dog and we have a 3 year old. We try to keep the noise down as much as possible but there may be an occasional bark and or cry.
You are within three miles of Downtown, the Convention Center, Larimer Square, The Performing Arts Center, the 16th Street Mall, Mile High Stadium (for Broncos games), Coors Field (Rockies games) and the Pepsi Center (Nuggets and Avalanche games) as well as the business district and nightlife. The renowned Cherry Creek shopping district is just ten minutes away. You will be nestled between I25 and I70 for easy access to the Greater Metro area and the Rocky Mountains!
