This brand-new west Nashville 9BR fourplex is just minutes from bustling downtown. Your reservation includes all four units, each with a spacious three-story layout. Stylish urban architectural design elements include exposed ducts paired with contemporary furnishings.
Located in one of the city’s oldest neighborhoods, The Nations is brimming with trendy boutiques, restaurants, and cafes. This prime location sets you just five miles from downtown and a pleasant stroll to 51st Avenue.
Each unit in the fourplex features a spacious living room filled with natural light and tasteful furniture. After a day of sightseeing, gather around the 48” flat screen TVs and unwind with a movie.
KITCHEN & DINING
Prepare home-cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchens -- all featuring similar design finishes including quartz countertops, classic subway tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances.
When you’re ready to eat, savor meals together at the dining tables -- either set for four or six. Two of the units include additional seating at the kitchen island.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This property is perfect for groups or families traveling together. There are 9 bedrooms (one or two or three per unit) that sleep 20 total. Eight full baths and eight half baths (four per unit) are each stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries.
Two of the units feature three bedrooms with similar floor plans and furnishings. Both include a master bedroom outfitted with king-size beds, as well as en-suite baths with a double vanity and walk-in shower. Two more bedrooms feature queen-size beds and are connected by a full bath with a tub/shower combination.
The other two units are equipped with one and two bedrooms plus a loft. Both master bedrooms offer queen-size beds and en-suite baths with a tiled tub/shower combination. One of the units includes a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and en-suite bath. The other unit includes a loft with two twin-size beds.
Cruise the neighborhood using eight guest bicycles (there are two bikes located in the garage of each unit).
Parking is available for six vehicles total in the garages, with four additional spaces (one in each unit’s driveway). Washer/dryer units and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided.
The Nations is a great neighborhood to experience Nashville’s incredible dining and entertainment scene. Start your food adventure with brunch at 51st Kitchen & Bar. Then enjoy fresh pasta and delectable pizza at Coco’s Italian Market. Check out the menu at The Centennial -- known for their outstanding cauliflower tacos.
A 15-minute drive (or 30-minute bike ride) will have you downtown where you can spend the day exploring Nashville’s historic music scene. Check out RCA Studio B or tour the Country Music Hall of Fame.
Head 12 minutes to Centennial Park and explore one of the city’s premier parks. It is complete with historical monuments, an arts activity center, volleyball courts, and the iconic Parthenon -- the world’s only replica of the ancient Parthenon in Greece.

When we booked these 4 units, it was brand new with no reviews so I was a little nervous, but Turnkey was very prompt with their responses and answered all of my questions! The place is so cute and is just as pictured! It is 4 separate units so everyone is not sleeps together. We had 20 people between the 4 units and everyone had a comfortable bed. Our bedroom did not have blinds, but I think maybe they just missed that one and I plan to bring that to their attention. That is the only minus I can say about our stay! There is a Keurig in each unit which we wish we would have known, to bring Kcups. The kitchen is fairly bare if you plan to do a lot of cooking, but there was a pan, small pot plates, glasses, and silverware. It was enough for us. There is a washer and dryer in each of the 4 units and plenty of toiletries/towels/extra blankets in the closet. The bathrooms were stocked with travel soaps/shampoo/conditioner, but there were also big bottles of each in the shower. We had a master in one of the units which featured a tile walk in shower with a glass wall, very nice! There is a garage with bikes, from the garage you walk upstairs to the main living area, then another set of stairs to the bedrooms. There is plenty of closet space and dressers for long term stays. It is about $10 to Uber downtown for an economy car, $25 for SUV. The neighborhood is industrial, it may look sketchy because there is graffiti on the walls around the unit and industrial, but we never felt unsafe! I would not let that deter you from this awesome place if you have a large group. Two of our friends got an air bnb right down the road! Also, there is H&H Market right around the block within walking distance and Three Corners Coffee shop, also within walking distance. H&H had deli meat, soda, bread, snacks, donuts. So overall if you have a large group that wants to stay together, this is the place to be! Has lots of space for long term stays too! We absolutely loved our stay!

The information stated 9 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, when in actuality, there were 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms. Not sure why the information was not more accurate. Accomodations were nice, sketchy neighborhood.
