Unit 103 is perfect for a family of 6, girl's/guy’s getaway, or a couple’s retreat!!!

Windancer 103: 1 Master + Bunk Nook Area, 1.5 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

103 has been completely renovated during the winter months of 2017 and is now ready for the 2018 rental market!! This is a first floor unit with no stairs to climb and just steps from the pool, BBQ area, and parking. Also, just a few steps further and you find the gorgeous white sugary sand that leads you to the beautiful emerald colored waters of the Gulf of Mexico!! Windancer guests have access to 250 plus feet of private deeded beach exclusively for the 48 units of Windancer Condominiums. Also, to make the beach more relaxing and hassle free, the owners will provide all their guests with a complimentary daily beach service of two chairs and a beach umbrella. Just imagine someone has your chairs and umbrella waiting on you every day all you need to do is grab a towel.

Windancer 103 is decorated in a serene beach motif and offers all the luxuries of home. This vacation rental features a roomy floor plan that includes a fully equipped updated kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A spacious living room with a dining area, and bar area with enough seating for six. The master bedroom features all new furniture with a luxurious king-sized bed and all new beach themed bedding along with a new flat screen TV and DVD player. Adjacent to the master, is a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combo. In addition to the master bedroom there is a Bunk Nook in the main hallway with two twins that also have brand new mattresses and bedding. These bunks are tucked away nicely yet are a convenient way to provide bedding for additional guests. Just up the hall from the bunks is a half bath.

There has been new tile installed along with new flooring throughout and newly painted walls. A washer/dryer combo has also been installed in this unit, it sits quietly tucked away inside the half bath just off the hallway from the Bunk Nook. Another added feature of this unit is that the living room area has a new flat screen TV in addition to a DVD player, high speed internet, as well as a sleeper sofa with a new upgraded memory foam mattress. Also, guests can sit on their private back patio where they can relax, drink their morning coffee or their evening glass of wine all while they enjoy the beautiful sunshine and ocean breeze.

With only 48 units, its own pool, picnic/BBQ area and 250 plus feet of private beach, Windancer is a property that keeps families coming back year after year. This property is tucked safely off scenic highway 98 on Windancer Lane yet is still in an extremely convenient location close to many fun activities, delicious restaurants, and shopping!!!!! Did I say shopping??? At Windancer you are within a 10-minute walk of Silver Sands Premium Outlets and The Emerald Sanctuary. Destin Yarn Shop and Grand Boulevard Town Center are also convenient to this beach property. Additionally, you have quick access to numerous beach stores as well a pharmacy grocery store, numerous restaurants and Destin Commons which is only a very short drive away. Lastly, exercise enthusiasts will love the paved walk/bike path that runs all along scenic gulf drive.

About Jacque Fornos

Hello everyone we are Pete and Jacque Fornos from San Antonio, Texas. We have both worked in the Healthcare Field for most of our adult lives and thoroughly enjoy helping people. However, in our professions when we come in contact with our patients it’s usually in an emergency situation where they are very sick and we are trying to help them get well and improve their lives. We see so much sickness and sadness on a daily basis that we decided we really wanted to do something to help people in other ways but wasn’t sure how we could that. That is until we visited some friends in Miramar Beach recently and fell in love with the area. It was then that we realized we had our answer! We started looking for a vacation rental that the everyday working man could afford to bring their families and have fun, rest, and relaxation right on the beach. Throughout our search we kept those many patients and the memories of helping them in the back of our minds and as we made our choice to buy at Winddancer we did so because of those thoughts. We truly believe that the ocean has many healing powers which helps the human body both physically and mentally so what better place than right on the beach within steps to the ocean!!! We will continue to help people medically but we also want to start a tradition of helping people enjoy life and to have a memorable vacation because of us!!! It will be our pleasure to have you stay in one or both of our condos and we hope you have a great time!!!

Additionally, if you are vacationing with family or friends and would like to stay close to them (but not in the same condo or house), please consider our other unit 104 which is right next door and is the same layout as 103! That condo is still being renovated but will be ready for bookings by the end of January 2018! Feel free to request any information if interested in both condos together.

We chose the Winddancer property because it is a small low-rise building with only 48 condos and located within steps to the beach. No roads to cross and no traffic to deal with. You simply step out your back door and onto the sugary white sand where you have seasonal beach service provided for you. Beach service is free for all guests staying from March 15 to October 31 and includes an umbrella and two chairs setup up for you on a daily basis!!

The Emerald Waters and the white sugary sands make the Florida Panhandle one of the most popular vacation spots in the Southeast. Beautiful Condo, Perfect Location, and Excellent Communication!

My wife, son (3yrs) and daughter (1yr) rented this condo last minute to get away for Spring Break.

The condo has been completely renovated, and has a perfect beachy theme. The accomodations are comfortable, and everything is brand new (heck some of the pots and pans were still in the plastic)!

The condo is on the first floor and right outside the pool (only about 15 feet away), which was perfect for getting the little ones there and back. We could also have the infant napping and the baby monitor connected perfectly if we were at the pool (or relaxing on the back patio). One of our concerns was that it would be too noisy being so close to the pool. It was not an issue at all. Even with kids playing in the pool during the day, it was never an issue in the Condo, and by sun down, the pool was empty and we never had any noise issues at all.

The private beach is only another 50-100' past the pool. You get beach service as well, which means they setup an umbrella and 2 chairs for you every day (free of charge). I've never seen this before and this was incredible service!

There's a great restaurant (the Surf Hut) just a short walk down the beach, grocery store (Winn Dixie) just outside of the complex, and outlets just across the street if the weather turns bad.

If you've never been to the Destin area, you'll be surprised the first time you walk on the sand - it's so soft that it actually squeaks when you walk on it!

Jacque was incredibly helpful and responsive, often responding in mere minutes to my questions prior to arrival and upon arrival.

The only thing that would have been nice would have been more storage. Unfortunately, they can't change the square footage of the condo, and they've made very great use of the space they have, but storage for clothes and groceries is limited (but it was easy to make do).

It says the condo sleeps 6. This would be possible, but might be a stretch. We had 4 and were comfortable (but the kiddos don't take up much room).

I cannot recommend this rental, or any other rental that Jacque Fornos has - truly a top knotch vacation rental.
