About Valerie Edwards

We work hard & like to play hard and enjoy outdoor activities. Duck Creek provides such a variety of opportunities for fun & excitement. Just leaving the craziness of Las Vegas & the 100+ temperatures for the cooler scenic views of UT is a true blessing. We were able to purchase our cabin at such a great price so we enjoy passing the savings on to others and aim to keep them affordable.

Valerie Edwards purchased this cabin in 2011

Why Valerie Edwards chose Meadow View Heights

We absolutely love the outdoors and with so many National Treasures surrounding Duck Creek, it is simply the best place to be. The Piute ATV Trails are right down the road and with our ATV’s, we can leave for an entire day of riding and then sit back and enjoy a glass of wine on the deck while BBQ and socializing with friends & family. Having annual passes at the National parks allow us to share our joy of the outdoors with our kids, grandchild and our son's Boy Scout Troop.

Guestbook comments from the owner

My husband and I stayed here for a week to visit the Bryce & Zion. This cabin was just perfect. Very clean and well maintain and nicely decorated. Owner was just wonderful to work with and very helpful with maps and suggestions. I would recommend this to everyone.

Perfect for my family

  • 5 of 5

The chillin post is a wonderful clean 3 bed cabin in a great spot at Duck Creek Village. The kitchen is well stocked with all the gadgets you need. The basement area has a small pool table and fooseball and lots of games and cards for plenty of entertainment. Nice wood burning stove and extra heating elements kept the cabin warm on a very chilly night, also plenty of extra blankets, Cable TV, internet. The owners really have thought of covering ever need. The cabin has large front windows for a beautiful view. I highly recommend this cabin and hope to return myself, also the communication with the owner was very thorough and prompt and made me feel very welcome.

Perfect Place

  • 5 of 5

This is a great place to get away from the heat. This is the perfect accommodations for a small family or a couples getaway. There is a fire pit behind the house that is great for nights under the stars and roasting marshmallows and game room with a miniature pool table, full size foosball table and a rack full of board games. Unfortunately our daily activities made us exhausted that went to bed early every night. There is a wood fire stove that is used for heating but we did not need to use it. I am sure that it would make the cabin toasty during those winter days and nights. A nice BBQ on the patio for grilling. Laundry room that is downstairs so it doesn't disturb anyone when running them it late night or early morning. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Awesome place!

Perfect cabin and location

  • 5 of 5

Valerie was a great host. She made sure I was well informed about the area and the cabin itself. The cabin was very nice, clean, and had the perfect amount of space for the number of guests that were with us. The location was perfect being right up the street from our family owned cabin and just up the hill from the Chili Cook Off down in the village. Will definitely stay at her cabin again. Highly recommend.
