One Bedroom with attached private bath in downtown Everett with sweeping views of the Sound. I am renting the spare room in my house walking distance to downtown venues including the Anchor Jazz club, Comcast Arena with the Silvertips Hockey team in addition to local restaurants and music venues. Perfect location for patients or staff visiting local medical facilities as well as Boeing. For vacationers of the pacific NW Everett is the perfect jumping off point. Bike Trails abound north, south and east(west is the sound- so good luck). We are 5 miles from the Mukileteo Ferry for a quick day trip to Whidbey Island. Maybe to visit Langey for their mystery weekend. Or just 15 miles from Woodinville(the Napa of Washington).

About Laurie Genin
I grew up in the bay area California. Lived there for 30 years before the traffic problems ate me alive. I was lucky enough to be offered a position in Everett, WA and snapped up the chance. I've lived in Everett for 10 years now. Made some incredible friends and spend my time learning about my neighborhood and neighbors. We are a very close knit community and believe in the strength of community.
Laurie Genin purchased this Townhome in 2007
Why Laurie Genin chose Port Gardner
Coming from a very metropolis area (the bay area), i was astonished to find a small town feeling with all the metropolitan influences. And the views. There is nothing better than a sunny winter day overlooking the sound, or a snowy winter day watching snow fall over it. And Summmers... You have never seen flowers like a Pacific NW summer, or trees...Or birds... We have it all. Take a walk to the beach right outside the door. Or through the local rain forest just up the hill. The rain forest is part of Forest park which also houses the local indoor swimming pool/tennis courts/horseshoe rings and lots more.
What makes this Townhome unique
The Everett symphony and the village theater provides Broadway style entertainment. The Comcast Arena has local sports teams as well as large scale music concerts. The Everett theater often host off beat and eclectic music and talent and the Anchor has regular open mic and Jazz nights that allow for whatever you are looking for. The New Mexicans restaurant is by far the best in town with easy food and good natured hosts. The french bakery up the street is a great place to sit and have coffee and converse with the locals or just sit with your dog for the day.

Owner was a delight to work with
This property was clean and well maintained. The owner was terrific to work with and our daughter had a great stay at this house for her summer internship. As a mom I felt comfortable leaving my daughter behind, she was safe and had a million dollar view.
Very grateful for the owner making our daughter feel at home all summer.
