About Patricia Kosalka
As owner of this beautiful property, I am here all summer during the rental cycle. My parents own and operate Sagadahoc Bay Campground and this property fits in perfectly.
Patricia Kosalka purchased this Cottage in 2017
Why Patricia Kosalka chose Georgetown
I unique property surrounded by pines on a road that leads to the head of Sagadahoc Bay, the largest bay in Georgetown.
What makes this Cottage unique
Sleeping arrangements are great with 3 separate bedrooms and a closed in sun room that sleeps 2 on a trundle day bed. Another couch in the living area makes for 1 more place for 2 people giving the cottage a room for 10 people.

Comforable, affordable place for a large family near beautiful Reid State Park
My wife and I and our six kids very much enjoyed our 4-night stay in this house on Georgetown island. The booking came with a pass to Reid State Park which we visited three times--great beach, we liked the lagoon too when the tide was going out. We also took a day trip around to Boothbay Harbor the next peninsula over.
The house could have used a little more cleaning, particularly in the laundry room--and those little bitty Maine ants...! Still it was a cozy home to come back to during our stay in Maine, and we would consider staying here again.
Peaceful wooded lot, spacious and awesome proximity to sagadadhoc bay
This house was a great mix of staying in a home and having access to a wonderful campground and sagadadhoc bay. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings, and porch for morning coffee. Kayaking in the bay and exploring at low tide were both must do experiences. The owners also own and run the campground. They were extremely friendly and helpful and right down the street. One amenity I was not expecting was the full size washer dryer - a nice surprise.
Georgetown was gorgeous we enjoyed five islands, the local store and Reid state park on the island. A day trip to boothbay and a visit to the seguin light were two other highlights of the trip.
We did visit at a buggy and slightly humid time of the year something to consider when sleeping with open windows which I believe is the case with most Maine rentals.
