Awesome New rain shower oasis with body jets and a hand held wand with built in quartz bench. Quartz countertop w/under mount bowl. We enlarged the size of the bathroom compared to other units and raised the ceiling height. We also installed a wider pocket door.

Chef's kitchen, New quartz counter tops, under mount sink, pull out stainless faucet, New glass tile back splash and Under cabinet LED task lighting. NEW stainless appliances, with icemaker.

Cottage style ceiling fans in living room and BOTH bedrooms.

*Important some condos on Siesta Key do not have exhaust fans in the bathrooms. This unit has exhaust fans both bathrooms.

*Important we have luggage carts available at building entry along with grocery carts. The building doors automatically open for you making moving in and out a breeze

*Important gated community. The same gate code also works on the pool gate and building. Luggage carts available at front door. The unit is keyless enter code. No keys to carry around with you.

About Thomas Carroll

I'm a commercial real estate developer, general contractor and management company in Michigan. We have been coming to Siesta Key since 1984. We have been in all of the complexes on Siesta Key. Two of the main reasons we chose Crescent Arms is

1.) This complexes south tower is the closest to the Ocean than any of the other complexes. You can clearly see and hear the waves roll in.

2.) unobstructed view. Your not looking over roofs, carports or between the building to see the beach and Gulf.

3.) I have learned over the years you DO NOT want a direct gulf front. I've found sitting on the sofa or chairs in the living room you can not really see the water and at night its like looking into a dark closet. Pitch black. A corner unit offers the ability to see the beach which has lights and people and able to see the water. Lastly all the condominium projects are beautiful on Siesta Key. The two options you have is either looking SW down the beach or NW. Then does the unit have a balcony or no balcony. I wanted a balcony so that eliminated several of my choices. Lastly, I do not like dark rooms. The units I went in facing NW are dark from 1200 noon and after. The eliminated several complexes to facing SW with a balcony. There are very few, like a handful that offer what I was looking for plus I wanted a higher floor. The interior of the unit did not matter because I could fix that by gutting the unit. What I can not fix is the items I listed above.

What makes this condo unique

The Wi-Fi I had set up close to the balcony because I knew I wanted service on the beach and it covers up to half way to the Ocean.

The unit is keyless, So any party can enter without looking for where or who has the key

The complex has to outdoor BBQ natural gas grills and bike racks to lock up your bikes.

The complex has a serpentine heated pool, clubhouse and office staff on site that offer a ton of free brochures for things to do.

A carport comes with the unit. The entire complex has brick pavers everywhere including going down to the beach. New lounge chairs and sitting chairs were purchased last year and availble to use on the beach

Beautiful sunset views. Walk right out

The pictures represent the condo well. Clean neat. bottled water in fridge, icemaker, high end soap and shampoo. Tom of lounge chairs provided on the beach. The building been updated. Automatic doors open while you bring luggage in or have Groceries

One of the best on siesta key

We've stayed at four different beach front properties on the south half of siesta key and this one was up there with the best. It was comfortable, clean, friendly, easy, ...

Only complaint - it was short on cookware.
