The Hawks Nest 29 "M-22" condo is located half way down a very quiet and private association drive adjacent to the ski hill/golf course within the Homestead Resort, a natural retreat from everyday life. Located in the middle of the 71,000 acre Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore which includes 35 miles of pristine beaches. A place of extraordinary and breathtaking beauty suited perfectly for hiking, bicycling, paddle sports, swimming, boating, fishing, and ski and snowboarding.

Two comfortable bedrooms, two full baths one on each level, and two large screened in decks with forest views,and lake views and the sound of waves on the beach help to make this a unique place to spend your vacation, creating family memories or enjoying a quiet getaway with someone special.

The home was recently fully emodeled by new owners and has a Chip and Joanna Gaines flair/industrial feel, with the unique M-22 vibe like no where else.

The remodeling included new vinyl-plank flooring,new toilets , new kitchen appliances, new wood-burning stove with blower, , new beds and new paint throughout. It has been decorated with a personal look that separates it from the neighboring condos. Outs a must see must stay, you will feel like you're at home in our home.

This is a ski-out location to the Homestead ski resort and includes an outdoor storage closet for skies, it also offers seasonal views of Lake Michigan. Sounds of waves a plenty.

The master bedroom has a so comfy brand new king bed and offers peaceful forest and lake michigan views. The guest bedroom offers a large brand new comfy full bed and a set of bunk-beds, offering wooded peaceful views, The Kitchen includes new stainless appliances and all accessories to make this a "home away from home".

The Homestead village is a short walk away and includes a fitness center, deli, restaurant and pro-shop, and SPA!!

Conveniently located close to dining, shopping and recreational facilities in Glen Arbor. The Bay View and Heritage trails connect to the resort within walking distance of this condo allowing access to miles of beautiful, wooded trails for hiking, biking, running, and cross-country skiing. These trails also connect to some of the wilderness beaches on Lake Michigan within the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore.

Glen Arbor has several dining opportunities including Art's Tavern, Blue, Western Avenue Tavern, and Boone Docks which offers nightly music on their deck during the summer.

Many favorite destinations within the park are a short drive away both north and south along M-22 and the M-22 Hawks Nest condo is close to the quaint towns of Leland, Northport, and Suttons Bay that offer shopping, craft beer breweries and many local wineries.

A stay at this condo will give wonderful lasting memories and will encourage you to make a return visit.

The home is full of games and little odds and ends for the children to play with why they are there from old fashioned marble sat game, To a boogy surfboard for the waves on the beach also beach towels are there for your stay while, you are here,

Soon I will be offering a fordable pacakble play pen and also a full foldable pacakble high chair that folds up into a camping chair like type of bag so you can take it with you during your stay and use it while at the condo. I want this home to be your home away from home without having to bring everything with you. Pack less, vacation more!

Our family purchased this home in hopes to have a place to go on occasion, when we need more room. We also own a home at the Homestead in wilderness. This home is meant to be a home away from home for people that want to get away and have everything at their convenience in this home. It is unique in that it is the only M22 HAWK'S nest condo in the Homestead. , Pictures will be updated to show all of the M22 that has gone into this home and on the inside of this home and out, to make it truly unique and give you a feel of the M22 vibe, culture and feelings.

When I bought this home it was a True Passion of mine to make it a place for people to go and get away from it all having gone through cancer and many numerous other things I have battled and won. It is definitely a place to go and get away from it all and forget every day's troubles I hope you enjoy your stay at our lovely home.

There have been many people that have looked inside that have said they have not seen anything like it in the Homestead whatsoever it is truly unique. It's a definite must see, must stay type of place, It is truly a standout home compared to the others in the area the 2 full walkout screened in balconies will make your stay even more relaxing up stairs offers seating for 4 while the downstairs offers seating for 6 with 2 sitting areas. A place for all the adults together or 2 separate places where the kids can go and have their fun and explore while the adults relax and talk, and have a drink or two!

The children will be surprised at the # of games and the little unique features that are there for them to play with during their stay. The adults will find a variety of games not to mention a large variety of books to choose from if they choose to do so. Cable television and brand new TV's are located in the living room and both bedrooms.

What makes this condo unique

Secluded and quiet, a retreat from the world. Close to the national park beaches and and dining of Glen Arbor. Golf, skiing, shopping, bike trail, and miles of hiking available.

In addition I took steps to make sure that the stairway enclosure was very safe for young children and they would not fall through the other homes in the area were grandfathered in so they say but I took special detail in consideration knowing children could be at risk there is galvanized steel running through each wooden rail 4" apart so there is no safety concerns with a young child falling thru. This is just a part of the industrial feel but yet gives it a safety factor at the same time. This home was thourghly thought out throughout the renovation just for you and family during your stay.

Cheryl, says she was totally in love with the M-22 Hawk's Nest Condo #29.

The bed was dreamy and comfy, the homes unique design and interior has so much to offer. The wood burning stove was so cozy and the blower heated up the place, no thermostat was turned up due to the heat generated by the wonderful fireplace with the large glass viewing window.

It's setting is perfect look outside to see the deer in the back, and Lake Michigan views. Look out the front door see the skiers going downhill, hop on. to ski down!! It's a beautiful home just minutes away from Glen Arbor. ARTS TAVERN is a must on the trip!

Thank you for the wonderful stay in this beautiful home. This is a MUST see home! It has e everything one would need, a home away from home!!
