Palma Ceia is a beautiful, upscale neighborhood with beautiful tree lined streets with original brick paved roads. There are many restaurants, shops, and boutiques within walking distance. You are also steps away from a lovely neighborhood park. Tampa's picturesque Bayshore Boulevard, which boasts of the world's longest continuous sidewalk, with the bay on one side and upscale estate homes and condominiums on the other, is less than a half mile away. You are only a few minutes drive to Tampa's Historic Hyde Park Village which has a great collection of brand name as well unique local shops, great restaurant choices, an Aveda hair salon, and a Cinebistro movie theater. Also, close to the Village is Kate Jackson Park which has a recreation center, basketball courts, a playground area, and a water feature for kids to enjoy. You are also a few minutes drive from Tampa's SOHO entertainment district which has a thriving night life and many restaurants. If you choose to stay at home and cook your own meals, you have a choice of several grocery stores...Publix, Publix Greenwise, Trader Joe's, Fresh Market, Sprouts, and Winn Dixie. You about 3 miles from downtown which includes the new Riverwalk, the Convention Center, Amalie Arena, The Channelside District, two museums, The Florida Aquarium, the cruise ship terminal and more. You are also within a few miles of Tampa's famous Ybor "Cigar" City. This unique area is rich in immigrant history and famed for its history in Cigar making.
