We're just next to all the Santa Rosa shops and amenities, Santa Rosa Golf club. Just a short walk across the street and you're at Ed Walline Park, offering the beautiful shores of the Gulf. Also, our unit is situated on the top floor in center. This offers the best views you can get from Abacos.
Sit on the balcony and see the glistening gulf, and watch the world go by. This unit is fully equipped with a 'cooks' kitchen, upscale linen's, tasteful amenities and EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN. There is an on-site pool and spa just downstairs. Also, the complex is small, no worries about large crowds here!

Terry and Amy have been investing in FLA panhandle properties since 2003. Amy personally manages their properties and has professionally decorated this unit as well as provided high end sheets, towels and household items so that everyone can enjoy an upscale, pleasant stay - just as they like to enjoy. They take your stay and comfort very seriously, so each property has been chosen for it's views and desirable location. 'People choose our unit not because they want the cheapest price, although I think we're very reasonable, they choose us because they want to stay someplace nice!'

Amy and Terry chose Abacos because of it's popular Santa Rosa location and top floor views. Santa Rosa has many shops and eateries that are just a few steps from the unit, and Ed Walline park, a popular, but less populated local beach access is terrific. Plus, there is a bike path just on the main road where Abacos is located. People return to Santa Rosa year after year because they love this location. Abacos offers a 'newer' condo with more upscale interiors in Santa Rosa.
Abacos is in a great location. Walk to nearby Gulf Place shops and terrific 'beachy' restaurants. There is a nice on-site pool and because the condominium is small, no one will be fighting crowds! Plus, Amy and Terry's unit is on the top floor - best building views of the gulf. Folks keep coming back because they get the terrific gulf views, upscale interiors without the gulf front price and because it is as clean as you would have your own home. Our reviews are from actual guests who were wowed by how great this unit was for the price and many of them return again and again.
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. It was convenient to some shops and restaurants as well as the beach so the older visitors could walk to those when they were tired of watching the kids swim in the ocean and the pool. The kids particularly enjoyed the lovely pool with its water-spouting dolphin figures! We had everything we needed for the week and the property is very well maintained. The owner was extremely helpful and communicated promptly and clearly about all aspects of the rental. I highly recommend this rental. Thank you!
Beautifully decorated condo. Nice view of the ocean considering you are across the street. The balcony is quite large. Kitchen is well equipped with blender, toaster, etc. We did put away her nice fragile accessories and put a blanket over her clean white couches while we stayed because we have two young boys, but once we did that the condo was kiddie proof. We will definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area. Thank you!
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely clean condo. As one reviewer mentioned, it is like living in the Pottery Barn! The location of the condo is across the street from the beach access and next door to Gulf Place shops and restaurants. The first floor of the condo includes a coffee shop, beach shop, among other retailers, and is very quiet. View from balcony and living/dining room is great. The pool provided a protected area away from the windy and cool water at the beach during our visit. Beach and water are beautiful! Down the street you can visit Stinky's and Local Catch restaurants; which were our favorites. Also, Seaside and Watercolor were very close to visit and enjoy.
What a perfect beach stay. Location was perfect, steps from beach, beach store on main level, umbrella chair rental a breeze, perfect clear water and soft sandy beach. We are from Texas, where the beaches are nothing like this. This FL beach had zero seaweed, no beach smell, not much of a crowd, but enough for beach activity to people watch. We relaxed for a week. Unit was everything as pictures advertised. Extremely nice furnishings, extremely clean, ate every lunch on the balcony enjoying the beach breeze. Pool was perfect for a dip at the end of the day. This is an very nice unit in a new upscale building. We usually try to stay at different places when we return to the same beaches, but we will definitely stay here again instead of taking a chance on a different unit. This one will be worth doing again. Thanks again Amy for sharing your place. Great pizza place just down the street with outdoor bar. Fun place. Also eat at Red Bar, very fun. Our 15 year old and 13 old had a great time.
My family (3 kids) had a wonderful stay. First time in a condo at SRB and this was a great location.
Kids had their own room and tv (which they loved) and my wife and I had our own room and space. With a small blow-up mattress fitting between the 2 kids beds, it worked out perfectly for us.
Kitchen was great and so was the sitting area! With 3 small kids (aged 7.5, 5.5, and 3) we mostly ate in the condo...but they loved getting ice cream at Miss Lucille's across the street at Gulf Place.
Did a dolphin cruise with Southern Star-great experience! Saw the dolphins within 15mins of leaving the port.

We had an awesome week in this condo. It felt more like staying at a friends personal beach condo rather than a rental. Very comfortable beds, everything you need to prepare dinner if you wish, plenty to do and explore in the area without being caught in the very congested Destin area. The condo was exactly as described and pictured, extremely clean and even though we started off with a mix up with the owner, she quickly corrected it and was very easy to communicate with, answering emails in a very timely manner. I would stay here again and highly recommend this unit. We rented a pontoon boat from Destin Vacation rentals on our last day and had a blast! We rented a tube to pull the kids and the boat had an extra big motor for towing 2 at a time. Be sure visit the cute neighborhoods down 30a. They each have their own vibe and fun shopping and dining. We ate at the Acme Oyster House and Stinky's which we highly recommend. My husband also was able to scuba dive on Thursday out of Panama City. We would have loved to try parasailing, but ran out of time due to Tropical storm Debby and the high winds for several days. Renting a bike was on our list as well, but we never got around to it. Hate to leave tomorrow and will definitely be back!
