Laundry closet has both washer and dryer.
Furniture, mattresses, linens, rugs, plates, utensils, etc. are all brand new.
Walk out large patio is 50 ft from the lake with patio table, chairs and brand new Weber 310 gas grill. Yard is well maintained and has 1/4 court basketball court that can be used.
Private driveway, parking, sidewalk and no stairs to the apartment.
Clean and new like a 5 star hotel but the feeling of home.
From my 1st guests (April 2018); "This house is AWESOME!!! Right on the lake - we woke up to blue herons outside of our window and then got to watch not one but TWO bald eagles fish on the lake. It was incredible. The space was very nice and Rodney added some very nice extra amenities for us. Loved our stay there. This is a great spot for entertaining. There’s a swing set and trampoline out back for kids too!"
