Welcome to this pleasant 64m2 apartment on the third floor. From its large windows you can see part of the old wall of the city of Rome, the Aurelian wall.
The apartment is in a modern building that was once a mill. Restored and restructured, the building is now an example of the citys modern industrial architecture.
The apartment is 200 metres from "Porta Maggiore" gate, the old gate in the Aurelian Wall. You can also easily reach La Sapienza university and San Giovanni Basilica (10 minutes walk), Termini train station (1 minute walk) etc. Also 20 minutes away is the San Lorenzo district, a popular Rome district where you can spend an enjoyable evening in the restaurants, pub, and piano bars, etc.
The nearest underground station is Porta Maggiore, 50 metres away.
You can also park your car in the buildings garage (price: 15 Eur per night; reservation required) or in the street (paying parking spaces).
The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings
