The Adams Cottage been totally redone and is exceptionally decorated and appointed. It boasts an upscale kitchen that is truly a chef's dream, yet tastefully placed in the cottages with minimal fanfare. It has Queen master bed and a set of twins. The upstairs "loft" of the Adams cottage is only 5 1/2 feet tall and will delight any youngster or any young at heart. It has an outdoor living space and shares a common laundry bungalow with 411 1/2 Procter Cottage (vrbo# 1245059). The two cottages can be divided with a locking gate and each has their own parking space. Best of all, these cottages are within easy walking distance to the village, pier and tide contingent beaches. This cottage can be rented individually or in tandem with the Procter Cottage.

Great property; loved the character of a 1948 cottage.
We Had a very pleasant stay in St Simons. This quaint cottage in the village was perfect for us:
This cottage was just the right size and in perfect condition. It was darling! We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the afternoon and having our morning coffee. We couldn’t have chosen a better location for walking to the beach and the village. The lighthouse was just across the street. It was tucked into a quite street and felt very safe. We didn’t cook at the house, but it had everything you would need if I had. The furniture was comfortable and it felt like home. It’s very hard for my husband I to be impressed with other homes, but this home truly was thought out and they paid attention to detail. They truly made us feel at home. We would definitely visit again.
Great cottage and location. Only wish had better instructions on using TV and what we should do on leaving cottage
