Quiet and oh so peaceful
This is a beautifully situated house on a superb lake. We hardly heard a soul all week. It is not the place to go to if you want action, but it is if you just want to unwind. It is a long way from anywhere which requires at least a half hour drive, but if you are content to just sit by the lake and reflect, which is what we wanted, there could be no place better.
Wonderful week of relaxation
We had an amazing week swimming, fishing and enjoying our time at this gorgeous lake. The house was just perfect and our hosts were incredibly gracious and kind. Highly recommend!
We loved it!
Nice and clean place on a beautiful Lake with a gorgeous view!
excellent vacation rental
We enjoyed a wonderful week at Carl and Kathy Coletti's beautiful rental home on Cathance Lake. The house proved extremely comfortable for our group of four adults and three kids, and was well equipped to take care of all our needs. The lake access was excellent and just about everybody caught some bass fishing from the dock. A definite plus during our stay was the fact that Carl and Kathy live next door and could provide us with valuable information about just about anything relevant to Lake Cathance and the surrounding area. They are really nice people and we will certainly stay with them again when we return to Maine.
Victorian Cottage on Freshest Pure Lake
Great view of the lake. Well equipped kitchen. Plan to enjoy the pure, clean water of the lake. We boated, swam and wake boarded. Ample deck for outdoor dining.
Upstairs master bedroom with good view of lake. Downstairs twin beds can get cold, but there is a fan to redirect the heat. Parking for boat. Amazing hosts live next door to answer questions and attend your every need. Highly recommend.
Unfortunately, we may have omitted informing our guest on the operation of the heatiing system on the main floor of our cottage. We apologize for any discomfort and will make it a point to inform future guests.
